Hired Joe to partially replace my walkout steps and cap stones. If you like old fashioned service with quality workmanship Joe is the mason to hire. Joe gets his work done in a more than reasonable amount of time, his prices are fair, and he doesn't try to up sell the customer on additional work or more expensive ways of doing things. It's rare for me to recommend a contractor these days but I wouldn't hesitate to hire Joe again. Thank you Joe we are very happy with the work you did.

I have used Joe before and I would highly recommend him. He was flexible and able to work around other contractor’s schedules. His work is superb. He responds quickly to questions. He starts early in the morning and he and his crew work hard the whole time. I’m very impressed with the outcome and his prices are very reasonable.

We were very pleased working with Joe throughout the entire process of our new concrete patio installation. From the beginning, Joe was extremely responsive and thorough with all of our questions, and his price was very fair. When it was time for he and his team to come in and do the work, they did so quickly and professionally, with the end result being a beautiful concrete patio and no debris left behind. The patio was installed about 1.5 months ago, and it is holding up very nicely, and we have received so many compliments on the work. We would highly recommend Joe, and we will certainly call on him for any masonry services we need in the future!

The owner was very responsive in first providing a quote and second coming to do the work. They were in and out in no time and the result was an amazing looking and well done sidewalk and front steps. Not to mention that they removing a bush for us so that we wouldn't have to at no extra charge. It looks amazing! They came highly recommended due to the reasonable cost of their work without sacrificing quality, and we were happy to see why. Their experience definitely shows in their professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and quality of work.

My house had a deteriorating chimney that needed to be rebuilt. I contacted Joe via text message on Thursday (5/2/19) and as of Monday (5/6/19) my chimney rebuild is complete! Working with Joe was seamless; he was prompt in all of his correspondence and completed the job quicker than I could imagine. The quality of his work is outstanding and I appreciate that he sent me a picture of the completed job before I even saw it in person (picture attached). His work was neat, he cleaned up everything and I couldn't even tell he was here (except for the beautiful new chimney!). I would not hesitate to hire Joe again for any masonry needs and I would gladly recommend him to family and friends. Thank you, Joe, for being the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with!

Joe and his son did a great job repairing cracks and holes in our foundation. Joe also came up with a solution to repair a part of our garage wall that took a little more thought and creativity. He wasn't going to leave until he made sure the job was done right!

FAR exceeded my expectations – the picture says it all. Communication with Joe was excellent from start to finish and he addressed every question or concern that I had, responding to my texts immediately as well as reaching out to me with project status or questions. A few unexpected issues with the job came up with some wood rot under my door and a deep dangerous hole underneath where the old stoop was removed. Joe addressed both and took care of them without a hitch to make sure they were fixed properly, which was great. Now for the concrete work. These guys work hard and this job was very hard work with the existing sidewalk and stoop that had to be removed. Joe and the team were there early every day and know what they are doing. I was expecting just some plain old concrete poured for the sidewalk and stoop, but was amazed at the finished product. The concrete was finished/brushed to perfection for an extremely professional finished look with really cool design and detail. I was totally not expecting this and it looks awesome. My neighbors are all coming to look at it and commenting how great it looks. I already have some estimates from Joe for next spring for additional work and will be using them for any and all future masonry work I need done. Highly recommend.

This went well. The vendor arrived promptly to estimate the tasks and quickly produced a contract for us to sign. He began work the following week (interrupted by rain one day), completing everything in three days (remarkably fast) with two pours. Much manual labor was required to haul away the 50+ year old concrete from garage and sidewalk. While gamely handling two hornets' nests under the front stoop, the crew made three structural improvements: they locked the front stoop to the foundation, ensuring that it will never shift (the original porch had slumped and settled with age); they widened the front walkway so it was perfectly straight; and in the garage, they securely tied the two halves together via the rebar. The final concrete bed is 5 inches thick and it looks wonderful. All aspects were handled efficiently and professionally. Andreassi did a GREAT job! In our eyes, this vendor absolutely maintained its A+ rating on Angie's.

Joe Andreassi and his crew did everything he said he was going to do. The work exceeded my expectations. The new porch is a work of beautiful craftmanship. I could not have been happier. They came when he said they would come. They all worked very hard all day. They obviously took pride in their work and it showed. They had very good time management. They finished the job in less time than I thought it would take and they did not cut any corners. We are totally pleased with Joe Andreassi's work. He knows his craft.

It couldn't have gone more smoothly. He was professional and very knowledgeable. My steps were a crumbling mess and now they look fantastic! Amazing. Even though the job was probably harder than they anticipated, they didn't change the price ( which was very reasonable ). The crew was here early each day and were very professional and friendly. They were very fussy about each step of the process. They finished properly with cutting and sealing. We love their work. They did our front porch a couple of years ago and it still looks like new!

I obtained a quote from Joe Andreassi on June 11, 2018. The price was lower than other quotes I received, and Joe had excellent reviews on Angie's List, so I signed a contract on June 13, 2018. Joe kept in touch via text message. Joe and his crew did the work on June 30, 2018 and finished that same day. I am very pleased with the quality of Joe's work (see before and after photos) and with Joe's professionalism.

Joe was the only contractor who showed up when he said he would to give us a quote. For every step of this process he was at the job site when he said he would be. He is honest and does a great job. He and his crew left our property clean and the patio looks Great! We will definitely be using him in the future for other masonry work that we need done.

After we called him back with a proceed order he came within a week, even though it was a very small job. We were out shopping and when we returned the job was done. He also filled an open area between the stoop and sidewalk with granular material. His price was fantastic. We were quoted up to $600 by others. We will be working with him again. Highly recommend.
