They came in on time as promised and did the work in a highly professional way resulting in elegant looking porch and walkway. After the work was finished they cleaned all the mess and repaired the damaged lawn swiftly.

Our new driveway heaved from the bad winter so there was a bump backing out of the garage and water was leaking under the door onto the floor behind my car. Joe and his crew cut out the heaved part, found old concrete chunks under the asphalt, which probably caused the heaving. They removed the concrete chunks and put in a new concrete apron. They were fast, professional and a day earlier than they said they probably would be. Joe responds to email faster than anyone I have ever worked with before and he also told me that another project that I thought needed doing wasn't necessary. Joe is the best, he has years of experience and he knows how to use it. I will be using him on my next project but not until next year. He even performed a small patch work on my side path walkway on the side of my house going to the door to the garage, just threw it in. Another success! Joe and his crew did an excellent job replacing a badly bowing and kneeling garage foundation wall. This is something I have been dreading having done for a long time. After Joe gave us the estimate, my wife and I looked at each other and asked ourselves "Why did we wait so long?!" What I thought was going to be a super expensive and time consuming job, Joe made look easy! Job site cleaned everyday, and they did an excellent job raking and grading the dirt on the outside of the house afterwards. I wish I could attach pictures! Now I find myself going around the house asking, "What can Joe do for us next?". I already have some ideas, but they will have to wait until next year!

I called Joe told him my concerns about my sinking concrete porch and crumbling walkway. He gave me a time frame for his arrival to give me an estimate, he was on time. What an awesome experience! Joe and his crew did a great job replacing my basement walkout walls. I had done the job myself (with some help) 10 years ago, and it was showing. Joe came in pulled out all of my old work, and replaced with bigger block and pinned it into the existing foundation. These walls are like Fort Knox now! Plus, Joe included weep holes at the bottom of the wall (something I didnt think of doing!) I liked Joes work so much I have already signed a contract for him to replace badly kneeling garage foundation walls!

Joe was extremely responsive, he sent emails almost immediately after I contact him. He agreed to the work, then was able to do it earlier than we'd agreed because the weather warmed up a little. Joe went above and beyond!!! Not only did he create a brand new party patio for us that is better than we could have ever imagined, he placed the excess dirt around yard to fill up holes we had in the yard, and removed a sidewalk for us - just because he knew we would be working on that soon. He and his crew were courteous, professional, timely, displayed excellent workmanship, and cleaned up beautifully! Really truly an amazing job! I had used Andreassi Construction Mason Contractor for a very small job in the past ($100). I was impressed that Joe took the time to actually take a look at what I needed after I explained it over the phone. None of the other masons I contacted even bothered to reply. As a matter-of-fact, it?s pretty hard to get someone to get out of bed nowadays for $100. Anyway, the past two brutally cold winters had caused considerable cracking and heaving in the front portion of my garage floor and the asphalt just outside the garage door. It got so bad that an entrance door (not the garage door) couldn?t be closed securely. I called Joe for an estimate. He arrived the next day, gave me a detailed description of the work to be done and what I thought was a very reasonable estimate. Based on his quick response, the previous work he did for me, and his consistently excellent reviews on Angie?s List, I hired him to do the work. Joe and his crew arrived early on the scheduled date. They cut and jackhammered out the asphalt and concrete floor. They also dug out a hole that was about 3 feet deep for a footer under the garage front wall. All the concrete and asphalt debris was loaded onto a trailer and taken away. By the end of the first day?s work, they were ready to pour concrete. At the end of the day I asked if it would be possible to extend the concrete apron around the side of the garage approximately 5 feet. Joe agreed to do this at a very reasonable price increase. The next day concrete was poured and rebar was installed to re-enforce the areas that had cracked and heaved. The front wall of the garage was anchored into the new concrete. All work was finished by the end of the day. A tent was erected over the fresh concrete because of potential overnight rain. The surrounding area was cleaned up. The job was completed on budget and on time. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend contacting Joe for any masonry construction needs.

I am renovating a home in the city. Last year I got an estimate to install a concrete patio but decided to wait till this spring. Fortunately for me, I misplaced the invoice and turned to Angies List for a new mason. Joe responded to my e-mail immediately, met with me promptly and gave me a much better estimate. I booked the project that day. The work was completed quickly and very professionally. I could not be more pleased and satisfied. Wow, wow, wow! After dealing with many contractors for an addition I had put on the house last year, working with Joe was a great surprise. He estimated the job, provided a detailed quote and performed all the work expected. He called just prior to the work start date and showed on time. His crew was polite and courteous at all times. Joe and his team were not only very professional and efficient, but they were a pleasure to work with. From our first morning meeting to show Joe the area and receive a price quote, to the end of the job, Joe and his team were responsive to our questions and requests. They paid great attention to our specific requests regarding a slight slope away from the house to deter moisture from seeping into the cellar as well as small details of raising the porch steps to make a solid cement pour under them. They worked efficiently and left little trace behind besides our neatly stacked bricks and the wonderful new sidewalk. Best of all, for our six year old, was their willingness to engage his questions and his desire to be a part of their team! "When will I see them again?" he asks. Can't beat that for a commentary on their customer service! On to the next project!

I thought Joe did a great job. He broke off all the loose and crumbling bits, and cleaned the wall with a wire brush. Then he applied a cement coating and re-surfaced it all to look like new again. He also patched some spots around the basement lip that he found, and even patched up around the base of my garage entry door where water was puddling on the inside. He showed up on time, came prepared, and worked non-stop until he was done. He also swept up after the job was done, and left things neat. Very nice man to work with, with a reasonable price for service. He listened to all my concerns, and I was satisfied with all the work. I located Joe on Angie's list. and called and left a message for him. He contacted me right away. I explained our need and he asked me to take pictures of our existing stoops and send to him. Before I could even get that done, he stopped out to our home and then called me later that day to discuss the job. I was very comfortable working with Joe. I had no concerns, I knew that the job would be well done...and it was. He worked with us and our schedule. We are so happy to have two new stoops.

Joe and his men did a fantastic job. He responded immediately when I called him for an estimate and then rearranged his schedule so he could do my job quickly, because it was outside and the weather would soon be too cold to do it. His estimate was in line with other contractors I called, and the final bill was exactly the same as the estimate. They arrived at 7:30 am the day that he promised and completed the job by noon on the fourth day. They worked solid days and were all very nice, and Joe was on the job all the time. He had a lot of good ideas to make things look nice and match the house, and was always there to answer my husband's and my questions. At one point, when they had demolished the front porch, they showed me the large hole the builder had left under it, and that it had only been supported with rotting plywood and two by fours. They filled in the hole without any additional charge, and Joe was so worried that they had to leave the hole open overnight, he built a bridge across it with plywood and two by fours in case we had a fire and needed to get out. The final result is just what we wanted and is very attractive. I was especially impressed with how neat they left the job site - everything was swept and hosed off, and they even brought in top soil to fill around the new masonry, so there is nothing left for us to do except enjoy it! I would definitely recommend Andreassi Construction.

Joe was great from the first time I spoke with him. He did not come out to see my garage before giving me a quote but I texted him some photos and dimensions and he gave me a quote over the phone and then sent the quote to me in the mail. His quote come in $1200 less than another company I talked to. He arrived with his team on Tuesday late morning and were completely done before Noon the next day. They completely removed the old garage floor and took all the old concrete away. They capped and repaired all of my old foundation blocks....I mean ALL of them...not just where a patch was needed. The floor looks great and even my Dad is happy.....and he's a tough old Italian who's hard to please. :) I will certainly recommend him to anyone who needs masonry work. I'm such a fan that I asked him for a quote to install a concrete patio in the spring. Thanks Joe & Team!!!

He extremely prompt on his promises. He got the work done the day after giving me the estimate. Everything was neat and clean when I returned home. Joe was very nice to deal with and didn't require any payment up front. I received the bill in the mail the very next day and got it taken care of. Joe went above and beyond on my job and was great to deal with.

I work with all types of contractors in my day job, as well as owning a few properties and this work by Joe Andreassi might have been the one of the smoothest jobs I have had done. From start (initial email was responded to in roughly an hour with quote attached) to job completion was a mere couple days total. He communicated well, had exceptional detail and gave me upkeep pointers for the tenant. The patio looks better than I even expected it to and the quote was less than Mason's on Angies List with lesser ratings. Couldn't be more pleased, I appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism. I see why he is so highly rated on here. I have no doubt I will be using him again at another property.

I joined Angie?s List to find a mason to replace our front steps. Thanks to the people who reviewed Joe, I gave him a call. Joe called me back within 15 minutes of leaving him a message about getting a quote. He came over the following day right at the time we agreed on. He also brought an album of pictures that showed his recent work. My wife and I were torn between two different types of brick front steps for our home. Joe explained the pluses and minuses of each style and was able to show us pictures of both examples. This made it so much easier for us to decide. Once we did, he offered two different ideas of the style we liked. He kept the pricing right up front, so we could make a decision with our budget in mind. We opted for brick steps capped with sandstone. He provided a quote on the spot. He was the fourth person we had over for a quote, so I knew his price was right where it needed to be. We scheduled the work to start three days later. The following day, Joe stopped by and dropped off samples of the brick for our approval. Joe and his crew arrived early in the morning and demoed our old steps in a matter of hours. By the time I got home from work, all of the brick work was done. They even fixed a couple of broken bricks in our foundation a couple feet from the new steps. The following day they returned and added the sandstone caps. They covered everything with plastic to protect it and put up caution tape so no one walked on them both days. Due to the size of the landing, Joe had told us we would need a concrete pad in the center of it, because the stone wasn?t available in that size. He talked to my wife and said the bricks needed to set for five days before the concrete could be poured. Five days later, Joe called and said he would be by the next day to finish up the concrete. When I got home from work, the pad was poured and the caution tape was back up. To my surprise, they replaced two small sections of our walkway in front of the steps. Joe said they were in bad shape and he had some extra concrete, so he just fixed them, no charge. I had put up a temporary fence to keep our dog from getting onto the steps. They even replaced the fence after they were done. The quality of the work they performed was second to none. The mortar joints are neat and even and there isn?t any on the bricks or sandstone. Not an easy feat. They replaced the wood kick board in front of the door and chalked all of the joints against the house. They cleaned up after themselves each day. Besides our beautiful new steps, you couldn?t even tell they were there. From my first contact through the completion of the job, Joe was a class act. He will be my first call for any other masonry work in the future.

While I seriously considered all bidders, it was Mr. Andreassi?s masonry expertise (demonstrated the day of the estimate), his responsiveness to my initial inquiry, and punctuality the day of the estimate that won Andreassi Construction Professional Masonry the job. The afternoon before the job was scheduled to begin, Andreassi Construction dropped equipment off, prepped the job site, and tore out and stacked pavers to the side of my yard, anticipating my desire to keep the pavers. All three days of construction Andreassi Construction arrived and began work by 7am. At the beginning of each day Mr. Andreassi, who was on site the entire time, met with me to review design, review progress, and answer any questions I had. At the end of each day, Andreassi Construction ensured the construction area was clean and all equipment/materials were stored out of the way to allow me to continue to use my yard. Upon job completion, the crew ensured my yard and surrounding area was in the same condition as when they arrived. Above and beyond traditional clean up, the crew even went as far as hosing down/sweeping the driveway, pulling trash bins to the curb, and coiling up the lawn hose. Andreassi Construction's quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding. I would personally recommend Andreassi Construction Professional Masonry for any concrete or masonry work based on their Price, Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism.
