Joe showed up when agreed too. Did an excellent job, very pleased with the look of the chimney. He and his crew were very professional. They left the job site very clean when finished with the work. They were very accommodating.

Great job. Joe and his crew came when they said they would. All work done in a professional manner, seemed very knowledgeable about work needed. Cleaned up after the job and took all waste away in their truck. Even though it was not in the agreement Joe put on a blacktop patch to replace the section they had to break through in order to do the repair. Very satisfied with the work done. He wasn't the cheapest estimate nor the most expensive. But he was very forthright in answering my questions and explaining what he would do. So I felt more confident using him to do the work.

Fantastic! Joe was great to work with. He completed the job in just a couple of days and the job site was never a mess with minimal disruption to my lawn. He and his crew were always courteous and respectful. We would definitely recommend this company. It was a very positive experience with this contractor. 10 out of 10!

The patio has holes, divets, and is crumbling in a few places. Mr. Andreassi is blaming me saying I've used chemicals on it or a dog has urinated on it. This is not true. When I talked to him a few months ago before the warm weather arrived, he told me to call him right before we put out the patio furniture. I did, but when I left messages, he never returned them. I called 3=4 times. The next time I called, the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. I would like to be here when it's repaired and would like him to call to set up a time.

Overall: I am extremely pleased with my choice of Joe Andreassi to remove my old patio and install my new one. The owner, Joe, completed the estimate and was part of the work crew each day. He patiently answered all of my questions regarding the estimate and details of the job. Time frame: 2 days to complete the entire job. Day 1 - Old patio removed, debris hauled away, new layout solidified, base prepared, bushes & gate removed. Day 2 - New patio completed and gate reinstalled! I now have a beautiful patio to enjoy and highly recommend Joe and his team! Crew: Very pleasant, punctual, personable, hard workers, answered any questions I had Price: Very reasonable $3,700 - not the lowest, definitely not the highest I wish I could add before & after pictures on Angie's List, but can't seem to find a place to do that. The transformation is amazing!

Joe and his team were awesome. They exceeded our expectations - they were kind, professional and did a really great job. They did the demo + removal of the project and we requested we keep the large stones. Not only did they remove the stones carefully but stacked them on the other end of the yard. - they even removed the extra mortar from the sides. For such a messy job they were incredibly tidy and cleaned everything up and all landscaping was left unharmed. Joe was also helpful and happy to answer any technical questions about the project, and provided advice for future care. Great guys, will definitely use them in the future and we definitely recommend them from a quality and professional standpoint.

Joe was right on time for the first estimate and took his time to listen to our wants. Sent a reasonable estimate within 4 days and gave us a service date of mid-June. We asked him to come back for another meeting since issue came up that we hadn't thought about. Again, he was right on time and was very courteous about having to come out again. He was very helpful in discussing all the issues and came up with a better plan. He gave us an updated LOWER estimate right on the spot! With this smaller plan, he told us he would be able to do it on the up coming Monday and that it would be done in a day. His Four person crew arrived on time, at 7:30am and began setting up. They were all polite and professional. Joe supervised the project every step of the way and was VERY particular about the work. The demo started at 8am and the job was complete by 4pm. They were very careful working around my garden and even patched a few holes in my donkey statue. They left with all their mess and left my home clean! The job is BEAUTIFUL.

Joe has amazing work ethics. He shows up when he says he will be there, easy to talk to and willing to work with you. Not only does he supervise his jobs, but also gets right in and works along with his team. Everyone was very kind and hard working. We are happy with the finished produce and would not hesitate to use Joe and his team again in the future!

It didn't. We never even got an estimate. Will not use them,ever. I can't wait forever. My time is valuable too!

Although we did not use company, they were very punctual and professional returning call and providing estimate.

Joe was awesome to work with from step one. He got out and quoted the work super fast, and even quoted different options to work with me on the pricing. He went as far as to pop over on a Saturday just to give me advice on how to break out the old walk and steps. Joe and his crew got the job done quickly, and it looks awesome. What a great guy! I contacted Joe last year, but his schedule was already booked so I tried 3 other people, all highly rated on Angie's List. One was very expensive and reluctant to provide a written contract, the second was more reasonably priced, but never sent a written estimate (despite several reminders) and the third didn't show up on the agreed upon date to provide an estimate and never called to explain or reschedule. However, I am so glad I waited a year for Joe. He called with an estimate within a week and sent it in the mail soon afterward. The cost was definitely reasonable. He arrived to start the job on the agreed upon date and finished when he said he would (the following day). He and his co-workers were very personable and professional. The end result is beautiful! They extended the front stoop (not because I asked, but because it looked better) and made the steps a more reasonable height than they had been. The sidewalk was finished with an edging that adds a beautiful touch (hard to describe, but so much better than I had expected). It looks so good, I am not planning to replace the railings that had been on the stoop because they would detract from the look! Joe had to remove a small bush and to drive on the lawn in order to complete the job, but he replanted the bush and repaired the lawn before leaving. Everything was completely cleaned up. I will definitely use Joe in the future if a need arises and will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Joe did a wonderful Job - It looks great! better than I even expected ! The whole job took 2 days. very clean - picked up after themselves. Very nice. Communicated everything. Joe gave me options in regard to how to deal with the steps and what needed to be done. gave me ideas if I wanted to save some money. I barely got done with an e-mail to him and pressed the send button and i got a reply. Very responsive. Such a nice man - going above an beyond - a real pleasure to work with. I was particularly impressed during the first interview with the professional knowledge displayed. Joe cut no corners and took care of every detail, with the result that I have a staircase which will withstand our weather and look fine in the bargain. He and his crew were prompt and they kept the area neat at the end of each day. He answered questions and explained each step of the process so I understood what he was doing and why. His work and his helpfulness was worth every penny of the cost.

As a business owner, nothing disappoints me more than working contractors. Almost always late, almost always overpromise and quite often under deliver! So I dreaded the idea of looking to hire a masonry company to completely remove and replace sidewalks at our rental property. After contacting several companies off of angieslist, only Joe answered his phone at the time of my call. He promptly set up a time for the estimate. Showed up on time and mailed a quote detailing the scope of work. His quote was fair and I accepted his company to do the work. He originally gave me an estimated time frame of about 3 weeks until he could get to the project. So I was totally blown away when he contacted me a week later letting me know that they could start work sooner than anticipated. I could go on and on about how impressed I was with Joe and his workers. They were fast, thorough and most importantly did an amazing job. But it was our tenants that actually told us how professional and respectful these guys were. They went above and beyond when dealing with our tenant?s inconvenience. In all, this is the first time I actually found a contractor that completely over delivered! Bravo!

I contacted Joe by email on Labor Day to request a quote on my project. Not expecting to get a response until the next day at the earliest, I was pleasantly surprised that he responded within 15 minutes and told me he would contact me the next day. My email included a description of the work as well as all dimensions for the garage, front walk, and stoop. The following day he responded and asked me to send him some pictures of the front of the house so he could get an idea of the layout for the stoop and sidewalk. He also requested some pictures of the garage floor. The following night I had a preliminary estimate, which I accepted, and Joe came to my house that Saturday to look things over and give me a written proposal. After meeting Joe and talking with him that day, I knew he was the one I wanted to do the work. He got me on his schedule and was able to start the work exactly 2 weeks after my first contact. Joe and his crew arrived on time every day and worked very hard for 2 long days. The first day they had the garage floor all broken up and part of it loaded in the dumpster that was delivered that afternoon. They also had the old front walk out and the new sidewalk and front stoop completed. I tried to stay out of their way as much as I could, but it was amazing to watch these guys work. Everyone seemed to know just what needed to be done and when. By the end of the second long day, the garage floor was completed. Joe was very meticulous about making sure the forms were done right and that everything was pitched correctly for water run off. The worksite was cleaned up at the end of every day. The whole crew was very polite and professional with a good sense of humor too. Great guys, all of them. The third day was a short one, only a few things to be taken care of and some final cleanup. Joe surprised me that last day with a new step from the garage into the house, brick with a stone top. Very nice Joe, thank you! All I can say is WOW! The entire experience with Joe, from start to finish was a very pleasant one. Excellent work and I am extremely pleased with the job Joe and his crew did. Everything looks great!

If you want a total professional who knows what he is doing and explains to the customer the different options then Joe Andreassi is the mason for you. We had many other masons over and they tried to steer us the way that they wanted the job done. Joe explained in detail the options and how he would do the work, because I am curious and want the best work done. He used reinforcement wire mesh and a higher grade of concrete. He did beautiful brick work and cut limestone with a minimum of joints because our front entrance is the main entry to our house. He sloped everything away from the house and finished the concrete with a sealer. We were thrilled with the outcome and all the neighbors couldn't believe how beautiful it looked. Joe and his crew are perfectionists who are professional and hard working. I was amazed at how well they cleaned up after they were done.

No complaints at all! Joe Andreassi, the owner, was very clear about the entire process and was accompanied by his son and a cousin. Each of them had responsibility for different parts of the process, and, based on my limited knowledge of concrete repair/masonry, each handled his job with skill and care. They were very personable and respectful, answered my questions along the way, and even took a few minutes to give my dog some lovin'.... she was most curious about all the activity!! I guess I won't know the effectiveness of their work until we've been through another harsh winter or two, but I know that the floor would have continued to disintegrate had they not done the repair work. The floor looks good (beautifully smoothed and tapered), and they did a great job cleaning up as they went along.

I was really pleased with the quality of the work and how fast everything went. I emailed Joe a photo and he was able to give me an estimate via email, which was a big time saver. He always responded very quickly and once we signed the contract, they were out to take a look in a matter of days. Unfortunately we were out of town, but as soon as we returned, he was able to start the work. I appreciated that he told us ahead of time when he would be here so that we could move our cars accordingly and not have to worry about whether we could get out and to work in the morning. The end result looks fantastic! I only wish we had contacted him sooner!

Work was done quickly, neatly. left for work in the morning, came home to a new stoop. They removed the old, built the forms, poured the concrete, finished the surface. By the time I retunred home from a day at the office, I was treated to the finished product. No mess, nice looking job. Communication was fantastic. Very pleased.

Excellent professional work. Joe responded quickly to all inquiries, made sound suggestions for the scope of the repair job. They were prompt, and showed detailed attention to the job. They cleaned up the whole area extremely well each day. I will recommend him to family and friends as well as call him for any future masonry tasks.

What can I say about Joe Andreassi? The first thing that pops in my mind is Pure Professionalism. The second would be patience. I had a number of life's little challenges going on all at once and was changing dates of availability more then once. He never lost enthusiasm for the project and was more then accommodating with our requests. We love our new patio and we are most please with the work.

Joe and his crew replaced a sidewalk that was new and deteriorated over the winter done by another contractor. They came when they said they would and worked very hard over 2 days. I was very pleased with the end result. Would definitely use them again in the future.
