Description of Work: Removed existing front steps and disposed of discarded material. Rebuilt steps with new brick and installed sandstone on top of risers and poured concrete on top landing. Replaced some bricks from existing flower box. Replaced slap under back door. Work was done with detail and professionalism. All work area was cleaned after project was completed. I would give their work an AAAA!

Description of Work: I was very impressed with Mr. Andreassi's promptness and professionalism. He was responsive in answering all of my questions, particularly those concerning structural issues. | |The Andreassi Crew arrived precisely at the scheduled time and Mr. Andreassi was hands-on for all aspects of the contracted work. This was reassuring as he was able to make sure that all of the problem areas we discussed in consultation were addressed properly. The quality of the work was beyond my expectation and the end result looks amazing. Before leaving, the crew cleaned up thoroughly and left no trace debris.

Description of Work: We hired Mr. Andreassi to repair a badly installed (by another contractor) garage floor. It involved breaking-up and removing the previous installed floor and starting from scratch. | |Joe was responsive from the beginning. He and his crew arrived on time both days and worked diligently all day - no time was wasted at all. | |The new floor is beautiful. Simply put: it is obviously a job done by a very competent professional. Description of Work: The job was to patch several areas of degraded block and concrete step surfaces, as well as brick chimney surfaces, in preparation for the sale of an 80-year-old house. | |Joe showed up on time, made the estimate, and scheduled the repairs for a few days later. His crew arrived on the expected day and performed the quoted repairs quickly, even using dyed concrete to patch the brick chimney. They used Fiberglas reinforced concrete for all applications to add strength to the repairs. | |I did ask them to come back for a couple of minor fix-ups around basement windows after our driveway was resurfaced (unavoidable damage caused by removal of old driveway surface), but they never did, despite a verbal promise to do so, which accounts for the "B" rating in Responsiveness. | |Good company, easy to work with, fair price. What else can one ask? I wish they'd come back to fix the minor damage caused by driveway repair, but I'd still use them again and recommend them to friends and Angie's List users.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the quality of service provided by Joe. He is very responsive and aims to do his work to spec. We needed a tight measurement to install prefab garage over the floor and even the well-known shed builder complimented his work! Thank you!

Description of Work: Made a phone call which was answered right away. However he never showed up for our meeting. I did not try to call him back or contact again as it left a bad taste in my mouth.
