They have different models of openers. You pay more for a better one. I just paid for a mid - pack one. They showed up when they said. Home Depot is a chain and I notice from chain to chain, there is a difference from branch to branch / store to store. I find the more dense the neighborhood is, the weaker their services.

Some entire cabinets were completely replaced, some just had the doors replaced. We were pleased with the quality of the new cabinets, the new doors, and the new drawers. The countertop is also fine. The work was contracted out to another company, and they did a very good job of installation. The installer was very polite and professional, and always patient with the many questions that I asked during the install. We were very pleased with the result. I would recommend that you consider not using the items that they say are and quot;freeand quot; (in my case the sink) and instead pick out what you want from everything available.

It took some time to locate an individual to help me find the item I was looking for. They did not have a full knowledge of the product

I go there a lot and everybody knows me. It's small, but they have a lot of things. Their customer service is always great.

Overall they were professional, but they didn't say everything up front and then things went wrong. There were a lot of surprises throughout the process. They were coming to get the counter measurements and then they came back and the sink measurement was not right, so we had to change the sink that we got and it cost a lot of money to exchange it.

EVERYTHING WENT EXACTLY AS THEY SAID IT WOULD. THEY WERE FAST AND EFFECTIVE. THE WINDOWS THEY USED WERE NOT THE BEST QUALITY THEY HAD TO OFFER OR THE BEST WE SEEN IN SEARCH, BUT STILL VERY NICE WINDOWS. THEY USED SIMONTON WINDOWS. GREAT WARRANTY AND I AM THOROUGHLY SATISFIED THE JOB SO FAR.

He did a very thorough and good estimate. He followed up a bunch. The salesman that followed through was very professional, very prompt, and very infortmative. It was just a little too pricey. Home Depot just wasn't for me.

It all worked out very good. They were very professional with the quote, planning everything and getting it all scheduled. They worked with me on setting it up and then they came in and did a good job with the installation. Everything was pretty good from start to finish. They are very reliable and do a good job.

They came in and gutted the kitchen and bathrooms in one day. They did an excellent job and the time frame was dynamite.

HD Services Sales rep Bob Kelly visited our home, assessed the job and sent us a detailed estimate via e-mail within a week. We met again and signed the contract a few days later. Bob provided us with all the spec sheets for the product, the warranty provisions and the tax credit information needed to file with the IRS. Detailed measurements were made by HD within a few days and an installation date was scheduled. On that day, John Piano and his crew arrived 30 minutes early, hit the ground running and completed the job in less than 5 hours. They were very experienced, neat and clean, friendly and accommodating. All 14 windows were installed perfectly and performed as advertised. Buy your replacement windows from these guys, you won't go wrong !!

I tried to get Home Depot to come to my home for an estimate for window replacement on eastern Long Island. The local representative postponed me twice and got the time wrong the second time, so I just figured they didn't care enough for my business. So, I didn't use them.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY OFFERED A GREAT PRODUCT AT A FAIR PRICE. IT WAS INSTALLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
