They did a great job. They were fast, clean, and fastidious. They gave excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

They never showed up. Kept rescheduling for over a month. Unfortunately my husband died and I had no information to contact them or Angie’s list because I couldn’t get Into my husbands computer

Not good, green moss on my rock walls were not power washed at all!

They were very good. I added additional services. The guy who came seemed very professional. They did a very thorough job. They did what they said they would do and they did a good job of it. Interaction was good. The work they did was good.

Called the Company 6 times and left messages. No call back. No response.

We were completely satisfied with the technician and the work that he did. He was professional, on time, and very neat. We would highly recommend them to anyone and we plan on using them again in the future.

Paid for services to be performed 29 days ago. Tried making an appointment multiple times, but you have to leave messages in order to get call back. First scheduled appointment they were a no call or show, but to be fair it rained in the morning. It was clear by the appointment time. I waited for around for no reason. When I spoke to them they said with the pavers being wet from the rain in the early morning it would not get done properly. I made another appt for one week later. It was cloudy in the morning, but no rain at all. At the appointment time at 11am it was sunny and gorgeous. They were a no call/show again! I waited around all morning for nothing. When I spoke to them today, I asked for an appointment right away as I would not be able to get my money refunded from angies list and I was at the point where I lost trust in the company.They could no accommodate. Said they were booked up and very busy. I am requesting a refund from angies list. I won't work with a company that has poor service and doesn't contact their customers. I have to say the woman I have been dealing with is very nice, however they must be overbooked and shouldn't offer deals on angies list if they cannot handle the work. They should also call their customers. Very dissappointed.

That one turned out very nice. Yeah, did good. They were very responsive. It is hard to say because the house is old and he did the best he could.

When I spoke to the contractor after signing up, we agreed on the date of May 16th. They showed up that morning. We went over everything and the fella began the work. He was here about 90 minutes and he did a great job. I would definately use this contractor again and would recommend them to anyone.

Luis pressure washed all windows, glass doors, and soffits all around the house. He also pressure washed my brick fence which was black with mildew. He patiently washed and cleaned my concrete ramp which now looks like new. He was very meticulous and spent a lot of time to get the work done very well. Kudos to Luis!

they had some trouble the first day with their equipment. i was notified right away, they apologized and showed up the next day to complete the job. everything came out great.

It was a great experience in general. I was able to schedule my appointment without any difficulty and they came for the day they promised. Also, the office kept me updated using Angie's list messaging service and it helped to keep a clear communication. They were able to remove all the stains in our sidings (we had several spots due to previous trees that were very close to the house). Our white vinyl siding is not shining bright (I was not expecting it) but it is very clean thoroughly. The only issue was that they came couple of hours later than they promised but they informed me about the reason in the morning. I suggest Surface Resto for power washing to Angie's list community. I will reach out to them for radiator refinishing as well.

I was extremely pleased with the results that Surface Resto provided. We have used other power wash companies in the past to perform the same tasks that Surface Resto performed for us and none of them have ever achieved the same results!!! From making the appointment to staying on schedule they did a fantastic job. They even followed up the next day to make sure that all of our expectations were met They are truly a first class operation and I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs power washing services.

I was very impressed with them from beginning to end. They came out quickly and on time for an estimate. We scheduled the work and again they returned when they said they would. I was in Florida during this time and they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Their communication skills were excellent. I just flew out there to oversee the completion of the work and to take a look at the finished product and everything looks fantastic. I am very happy with the results and with the price of the overall job.

Let me start off by saying how happy I am with the results of my house power wash. My siding was quite dirty and I was a bit pessimistic about it coming clean. Boy was I wrong! My house is sparkling! The staff at Surface Resto was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Surface Resto to all my friends and neighbors.

Left a chalky white residue on siding and windows. Found small cracks in siding after service. When I approached the contractor, he insisted he didn't cause the damage and accused me of wanting "something for nothing" when I hadn't even asked him for anything at that point. Very displeased.
