Amazing! From the very first point of contact they were extremely professional and responsive, without a doubt the most responsive of all companies I looked into...but beyond being response they were very knowledgeable. I had A LOT of questions throughout the entire process and never did they make me feel like I was being a pain (even though I 100% was); they reworked proposals and gave me tons of options so to ensure I was comfortable with my decision. The amazing customer service and knowledge made me feel great about my decision then the quality of work sealed the deal confirming I chose the right professional to bring my ideas to life. I did an insane amount of research and without a doubt I made the right decision nothing compares to the: quality and service at a respectable price! Oh, that's another thing I NEVER EVER felt like I was being sold; they showed me what I could get at every price point...unfortunately, I have expensive taste haha but the quality shows. I am already starting the planning process with JS Home Automation for my summer home!
Description of Work: Everything! It was a new apartment so I needed (wanted) full home automation service: motorized window treatments, sound system, home theater, lighting, and universal controlling on my phone and remote.
