My architecture firm used White Glove to assist with delivery and logistics for a couple of furniture pieces that we imported from Portugal for a Manhattan project. They were responsive and diligent with the necessary steps for insurance, coordination and delivery to an Upper East Side apartment building. Where they really shined for us was when one of the pieces arrived with damage from shipment: for a very reasonable fee, White Glove performed a full restoration right away that made it impossible to tell the incident had ever happened.

It went very well. I had read all the nightmare moving stories and was quite wary about price add-ons and professionalism. There were a few mix-ups where a few items ended up moving cross country instead of into the POD, but that was my own fault for not being organized enough prior to their arrival. We were relocating to Florida from New Jersey, Friends had recommended White Glove who had done the same thing a year before us. White Glove was quick in responding to initial contact and came to give an estimate within 48 hours of call. They explained all of our options to us and on moving day were quick and efficient in getting things wrapped and into the truck. We kept everything in storage for about 3 weeks at no charge (30 days was the maximum time for free storage). We called with our closing date on new home and they guaranteed our things would arrive within 7 business days in Florida. It actually arrived in five days and unpacked from truck in quick fashion as well. We were thoroughly pleased with our experience with White Glove. They were fantastic.

The people who came were professional, efficient, courteous, and they worked very hard. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.
