Top Dog Plumbing

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Paid them to provide a service, they pretty much took my money and ran. They were hired to perform a test/repairs, they demanded they be paid in full, next thing I know their plumbers license is revoked and their phones are (eventually) disconnected. Any attempts at contacting them have gone unanswered. If you CAN contact them, Look elsewhere! Not worth the headache.

I had some plumbers working in my mothers house and they were going to fix a small 6in - 8in hole along with the orginal plumbing that they were suppose to do. My mother, being old, thought something was wrong and called top dog plumbing. They came and created a hole that was ten times larger than the hole to begin with. They put some duct tape and sheet rock over it and did a terrible job. Top dog wanted 450$ for this. I told him that if he let me see an invoice that i would look over it. He refused to give an invoice at first, than he agreed to send me an invoice and leave the house. I called back a couple of min later to find out that The man refused to leave my mothers house without getting paid, which i was not at the house. Since i could not be physically present and feeling threatened for my mothers safety because he lied and refused to leave the house i agreed to pay him some of the money, 250$, and he agreed to take that as payment in full and leave the house. I found out when i checked with the bank, that top dog plumbing had already recieved two checks prior to the one we had agreed to, bringing the total to three checks. He failed to disclose to me that he had revieved these checks. Once i found that out i canceled the two other checks, Top dog got mad and started leaving me nasty voicemails in the middle of the day and the night. Than in spite of being asked to stay off the property, top dog showed up and started harrassing my mother at her house and demanded more money. I find this down right horrible. My mother is a disabled elderly woman and is in no shape to be dealing with these types of people. The work was horrible and I only payed him some of the money for him to leave my mother alone. The "repair" that they did is falling apart and there is still a large hole in my ceiling because they used duct tape to try and fix it. Because they made the hole much larger I am going to have to pay more to have this fixed by someone else

I REALLY THINK THAT THIS COMPANY DID OVERCHARGE ME FOR THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. THE GUY SAID THESE PARTS WILL KEEP YOUR TOILET FROM RUNNING. HASN'T STOPPED RUNNING SINCE HE INSTALLED THE PARTS. CALLED WILL BE BACK ON TUESDAY.
