I needed painting and plaster repair work done on my elderly parents home and through Angie's list found " Milan Painting" listed and rated as an excellent contractor. I left my phone number and they immediately got back to me and set up an appointment. " Right on time',Roberto and son Ariel arrived,walked through the house accessing the job,giving suggestions, and explained specific repair methods they would perform. They offered paint options based on their experience and gave recommendations for specific uses like the bathroom as well as the other rooms. I appreciated them giving me information about brand quality and price in order for me to make an informed decision. We agreed upon a price that was very reasonable and fair and a start date was set up. Roberto and two other crew members showed up on time and immediately, " a well seasoned team", started moving furniture and putting down protective tarps. I was amazed how " meticulous and professional" they were working. They would ask me from time to time to check on their progress and that all was satisfactory. Which it was! The ceilings and walls that were re-plasterd/skim-coated were allowed to cure overnight while they worked on other areas. At the end of day two they were finished and the transformation was amazing. Roberto assured me multiple times that if anything was not satisfactory he would "come back and make it right because, It's his job"! What a pleasure to do business with an honest and decent family....

A father and son team came over to the apartment and gave me an estimate. I thought they were too high in price and they came down to a price that I could afford. We worked out a schedule and they showed up on time, completed the job on time and did beautiful work. They are a very professional team and I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

They were such a focused team that was very surprising. All of them worked together in such a great manner and didn't their job. They knew exactly what I wanted to be done. They were very cooperative in listening and understanding my taste. Throughout the job they were very clean and responsible with the job. Roberto and his team are very professional and know exactly how to do a great job. They did not waste time nor days. They gave me an estimated day when the work would be finished and it was very accurate. They did have to come back for a few minor touch ups which was no big deal. Their work is guaranteed and greatly done.

I spent several days searching for a good company to paint my house. The service was top notch and the work done exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend and my friends were impressed with the new colors on my living room. A+ I would definitely recommend this company.

From the moment they walked into my apartment, they were ready to get to work. They understood what I needed done. They had all their equipment and paint ready. There was no delay and got everything done within the day. They did not stop doing their job for a second. However, they stopped for a 30 minute break when I gave some refreshments. Right after that, they went back to it without hesitation. They finished the job and i was completely satisfied. There were only a few moments where I felt as if they were ignoring me but I suppose they were into their job. The price was affordable and convenient for the amount work they had done. I plan on painting one more room in the near future and I will definitely hire this provider again.
