Harman Home Automation

It was a pleasure to work with Eddy from start to finish. Very professional and courteous in all our interactions. Although I am located outside of his normal business area, he was willingly to accommodate my needs. I already had a complete system design in mind, but he was able to provide informative insight on some of my design choices. He is readily available and always quick to respond to any issues or concerns. This is especially important since you hear horror stories about some Control4 dealers. Some of our programming sessions were long (many hours), but he was very patient throughout and tried his best to make the system fit my needs and work the way I wanted. We were able to integrate and program other smart home tech (shades, thermostats, etc.) into the system, all of which work great. Overall, I'm very happy with my smart home. Harman Home Automation was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a Control4 system or other smart home technologies they offer.

The installation was really smooth and straightforward. I was even missing cables that Harman provided at no extra cost. Everything was left neat and in order when the work was done, and the system is super easy to use. My Nest is now integrated with Control4 so I can do things like have the lights dim when I press play on my TV or stereo system. I also bought a keypad, a dimmer, and the charging cradle for the remote and am planning to add more components down the road.

Great! I knew I wanted a wireless sound system but I didn't know the details. The installer from Harman Home Automation explained everything ahead of time so I could make the right decision about what kind of setup I needed. I ended up getting a 4-zone Sonos system and the installation was quick and easy. After the work was done, they took time to walk me through the process of controlling and understanding the system.
