Description of Work: Very poor service, do not recommend at all. I requested them to send an estimator to my place for giving me a binding price for the whole moving and the guy who came for an estimate guaranteed the price would not be changed or doubled like other moving companies. The only good point was their punctuality ... They were on-time on the moving day, 3 guys came for our moving, but only one of them was very polite, worked hard and did most of the job quickly. After packing the stuff, they started to take them down, 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. We wanted them to be careful with the Sofa and lager stuffs as well as the stairs, although we told the to be careful, they did a very poor job and have broken the sofa legs in front of my eyes. At the end, when they loaded everything into the truck, they gave us a bill 2 times more than the "binding price" which we signed for. The guy who was responsible for billing and contract behaved in a very rude and impolite way... we were told that we had something around 350 Cubic Feet by them as well as 10 different estimators from different companies. But this guy kept telling us we had 700 CF... We asked them to go and to measure the volume inside the truck together and we would go with whatever the measure would say, but he refused. I called the company, and interestingly they also refused measuring the actual volume in the truck!!! Make long story short, after 2 hours of discussing, the guy measured the stuff volume in the truck and added all the void and empty spaces to his measure, the result was half of the volume which he declared primarily! Anyhow, it was such a headache...Recommend not to think of this company anytime despite of polite estimator and low price.

Description of Work: Movers picked up all my furniture, etc. and delivered it to my new place in Boston, MA. They offer packing services but I decided to pack things myself. The move was same day - pick up in the AM and dropped off that same evening.
