Description of Work: We needed our house, deck, fence, walkway, and driveway power washed. we needed the house, including eight doors, painted, and our deck and fence stained.

+ 1 moreChris did a great job -- he went above and beyond, even painting ceilings that were not in the original quote, and doing a great job of touching up after the floors were sanded and after the electrician did some work. He also had to do a lot more spackling and sanding than he had anticipated, but did it all within the original quote. Highly recommend him and his team! They were great!
Description of Work: Chris painted our whole house, including ceilings. He removed wallpaper in a bathroom and on one wall in one bedroom. He also did a lot of spackling and sanding.

+ 2 moreGreat! You want to call him because he can get busy! He was so professional and neat! I didnt even worry about my carpet and good things. The job he did in our foyer was incredible. I love the way he did the coordinating colors so when you are in one room and can see through to the next they FLOW! AND THEY GO TOGETHER WELL! My husband loves how Chris did the paint in our tray ceiline to coordinate with the adjoining bathroom. We wouldnt have thought of some of the little touches he does, but the guy has a flair and our work looks like it was done by a decorator...but not at a decorator price. NEAT,CLEAN, FRESH, GREAT COLORS AND PAINTS and our house looks new!!! MINT!
Description of Work: Chris Kaiser has painted for us for years. He painted our last house and our new house. His work is incredible! He uses the best paint and doesnt try to cut corners by using cheap paint that will look good for a while. He's punctual, neat and does a beautiful job! Chris has painted inside and out, walls, ceilings, moldings, touchups and powerwashed our deck so well it didnt even have to be painted. His work LASTS!! I have recommended him to many friends and neighbors and without exception EVERYONE has been so pleased. Many have used him repeatedly. If you want the BEST at a REASONABLE price, Chris Kaiser is the one you want!
