Olympic Fence

Decided not to install fences at this time. I will contact vendor when we are ready to proceed.

Came on time. Very professional and neat. Did services above and beyond expectations. Very very happy with the their work and my new fence. Thank-you Olympic Fence. You have a customer for life.

Inital discussion went well, they said they were backlogged and could I wait a few weeks before installation, which didn't bother me as I wanted to be back from vacation before installation. We agreed on July 17th and they were there bright and early to start the work. The men who were sent were professional, installed everything by the end of the day and did a great job with clean up.

They were good and their price was good. Actually someone broke into their truck while they were working and stole some expensive chain cutting equipment. I think that was basically a wash for them. I called them back for something that was painted accidentally over. They never came back or responded to it. I think they might not be happy that someone broke the window of their truck and stole their equipment.

Just got off the phone with Vicky and had a very disappointing experience. My wife and I are looking to replace all of the fencing on our 40'x100' lot, which includes about 100-120 linear feet of fencing. Not sure if we wanted to go with pure PVC or something wood-grained, we called Olympic Fence to see if they could send a salesperson out to talk over our options and to do an estimate. Long story short, she said that she didn't think they had the manpower to send somebody "all the way out" to where we live. We're in Floral Park, less than 20 minutes away from their offices. Not professional. At all. We'll be happy to take our business elsewhere.

I spoke to Vicky and she set up an appointment for me. Mike called when he was 20 minutes away and he was on time. Speaking to Mike he was very honest about the work and what he can and cannot do. His estimate was very fair and I hired him to repair my fence. He said he was busy at that time and it might take a few weeks before they could come and do the repair. However, to my surprise I got a call and he said he was ready to do the work. About 2 weeks earlier than expected. All the work was completed in one day and they left no mess. Fence feels extremely sturdy now. I am very happy with the overall experience.

Michael came to estimate the cost. He was exactly on time, and quick and clear. The estimate was made for front fencing replacement and removing. The price is 4 foot (6 foot on the side) aluminum fencing. (2 gates, one for people, and one for a car)

The experience was excellent. An estimate was given over the phone and adhered to in person. The work was completed in one day within the 3 week window and I was very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the workers. The 2 men measured and leveled and dug with care. The fence is nice and straight and level and I am very pleased.

Gate needed repair. Receptionist said he does not come out for a job under $350. Received an estimate of $350. Decided to shop around.

After checking Angies list for reviews this company came back with a very high rating. After speaking with the girl she told Me that they would not be in My area (Staten Island) till the following Tuesday. I made the appointment and was told I would be called when the tech was on his way (I was told about an hour and a half). I missed the call from the tech Mike but I realized and called him back and left him a message telling him I was home and to come. I never heard from them untill Vickie the office Girl called to say that They were trying to reach Me all day and I missed My appointment , when I told Vickie that I returned Mikes call within ten minutes and that maybe Mike should check his voice mail Vickie told Me how busy the guys were and that he doesnt have time to check his phone and that I should have answered the phone when he called, My response was so I should have sat by the phone and waited for his call and not moved, after all I called him back within 10 minutes,V ickie then told me yes thats what they expect they give an hour and a half time frame and I should be completely available for that time frame, Well Vickie next time I will skip the bathroom and sit by the phone for Your busy guy Mike that cant check his voice mail. I would not reccomend these guys the may have a good write up for work performed , however the customer service is HORRIBLE which leads Me to wonder how they would be if I had a problem with their work.I will use a local guy for this work and will not ever reccomend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were very good. They worked for me in middle of March. They did it in one day. Everything was good including their prices. They cleaned up themselves. I have no complaints. They don't take payment in the beginning. I would tell others to use them because they are reliable and trustworthy too.

They were wonderful. It came out nice and we were very pleased. We got to know them through Angie’s list. Their service was perfect. They set a date and they came, and they did it in either one or two days. They were very quick and neat. We were very pleased. It looks good. We did shop around and compared their prices. We will absolutely use them again in the future if we need to.

Very well: they responded quickly with estimates, gave me the best price of several companies contacted, and showed up on time to do the work. Owners are polite, friendly, and helpful.

Rep came to my house at the scheduled time. Very knowledgable of the product and aswered all questions. However, the price was well above estimates from other companies. Therefore we decided to go with another company.

The guys got here at 9:30 this morning and were all done and gone by 3:30 in the afternoon. They worked fast and they did a great job. We had a chain link fence put up to separate a shared backyard and also down the length of our driveway. They installed a gate at the front of the driveway. We chose the hedge look for privacy. It looks amazing. I just had the fence installed today so I can't speak much about durability, but it looks and feels solid. They also took the old fence away at no extra charge and they fixed a crack in my cement in the driveway around where they put in a post. They worked fast, cleaned up, and everything looks really great, I'm very impressed. They didn't even take a break. So overall I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be using them again, and recommending them to as many people as I can.

They were great. They were punctual and it was a family run business for a long time. The son came and he was very personable. He explained everything about the fence and the quote that he gave was true; there were no surprises with the price. The fence withstood all of the terrible rain and snow this last winter. They grounded the posts like you are supposed to so it is as straight as it was the day they placed it. They were just really good and I would recommend them. They recommended a concrete company that was also great.

It went very well. Explained everything from type of materials they use to how it would be installed. Liked the fact they poured concrete in the columns to secure it.

The service was fine. They were really good. They were professional. They put it up quick. They have done a good job maintaining the level. I have no complaints at all. They came when they said they would come. They were on time and punctual. Everything was good. Price was fair.

I called and explained to the female receptionist/dispatcher I was interested in doing business with her company based on her outstanding ratings on Angie's List. She took down my name/address/telephone number and never called me back. I waited an entire week before I reached out to Olympic Fence again... I like to give people the benefit of a doubt. The same female receptionist/dispatcher answers the phone. I explain to her how I called the week before and was interested in doing business with her company. She was curt and abrupt in stating she remembered me and figured it wasn't a big enough job for her to send people out do a gate on my property. I responded with, "Interesting. How big should a job be for someone to come out and put up a gate?" She responded with a square footage and/or height. Either way, I informed her I was interested in three enclosures for three different areas around my house and then inquired if this would suffice for her to send someone out. She responded with, "Yes, I have a guy in your area either tomorrow or the next day. If you let me know you definitely want to do these enclosures, I can set you up for an appointment for tomorrow or the next day based on his schedule throughout the day..." HELLO< DUH, I wouldn't still be on the phone if I was not interested. I of course answered "Yes, I am interested. If i'm not here someone else will be here to answer the guy." She then informed me she has penciled me in for this so called appointment for either tomorrow or the next day... Well, tomorrow and the next day came and no one showed up. That said they receive a whoping fat 'F' for their responsiveness and professionalism.

The men arrived on time, did excellent work and cleaned up beyond my expectations. I recommend them very highly.

He is very well known in the area and his fences are up everywhere. He is popular because he is very good at it. He installed Bufftech fence which is top of the line. He put in a very high quality fence for a reasonable price. He gave me a price that was very close to Direct Buy and I got the fence right away. He did a very good job with the measuring and everything was perfect. I was very happy with his job. He had the fence right away for me but if I had to get it from Direct Buy, I had to wait for 6 weeks. I didn't have to worry about the shipping as I did not buy from Direct Buy. He delivered the fence with a minimal charge. He did an excellent job and I’m more than happy with it. He has a large warehouse and keeps a lot of stock. He doesn't have the Home Depot type of fence and has quality fence.

Job was well done and on time, Michael was very nice and responsive.

The project was managed beautifully. Workers arrived exactly as scheduled - worked diligently until nightfall. Returned the next day to complete the job. The fence is beautiful and the pricing was great!

Charlie and Ceasar they did a great job with replacing the fence and they cleaned up after the work was completed.
