house cleaning
+ -1 morePurchased a $69 Groupon for a 3BR house cleaning. Called a day later to schedule an appointment. Got the appointment 1.5 weeks later. Received a call 2 days prior to the appointment that the cleaning person couldn't make it, and that the next 'Groupon availability' was 4 weeks later (we're talking Groupon purchased in October and scheduling a December cleaning). I told them this was unacceptable. Was I supposed to not clean my house for 4 more weeks? Or clean it myself and have them clean it again? They told me to call me back the next day, which they never did. When I tried to reach them the following week, I reached a recorded message. I reached out to Groupon and got a full refund. Be warned to never use this company.
