Description of Work: The AIM Plumbing and Heating promised upon receipt of my $1000.00 deposit to produce the license nessary to receive approval to work in my Forest Hills Cooperative apartment. We waited and waited and waited. He was never able to produce the license and apologized for the hold up. The end result: we used another plumber. Yet, to date he has still not returned my deposit. The check was cashed in December 2013; it is now May 2014 and my renovation was completed three weeks ago. I have contacted him multiple time. Phone calls, email, and cell phone attempts have produced no results. Nice guy but doesn't have good business sense; I now question his work ethic. Small claims court looks like by best option. Stay away from this plumber.

 + -1 moreOverall, the experience was excellent. The plumber was a pro, he knew his stuff, he got the job done quickly. This plumber is a gem. I do rental renovations and I was impressed.
Description of Work: Installed single value shower body, installed hot & cold shut off valves under bathroom vanity, and installed cut off valve for gas in kitchen.

 + -1 moreAs far as large jobs go, they have a high degree of skill. They were able to completely set our house up as a two family home with no difficulty. I did think they were a little on the pricey side compared to some of the other outfits. If you are looking for quality work then you want to hire them.
Description of Work: Aim Plumbing and Heating ran all the pipes and installed the plumbing in our new bathroom and new kitchen when we were converting our one family home into a two family home.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY SO WE REALLY ONLY PAID THEM FOR THE LABOR. THEY CAME TO OUR HOME 2 DAYS AFTER WE CALLED & GOT THE JOB DONE.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE BOILER OUT.
