Description of Work: my husband ended up doing the work himself, however, I was very impressed that Mr. Hardy went and did the estimate and called me to discuss the project, even though I didn't use him I would certainly call him in the future.

 + -1 moreGreg had the lowest estimate for the replacement of a roof that should have lasted 25-30 years but only made it to 14 before the shingles were destroyed. Come to find out, IKO organic shingles are so bad there are multiple class action law suits against them in states all over the country...I don't suggest buying an IKO product unless you like wasting your money. But on a happier note, Greg and his son did an excellent job removing and replacing the IKO shingles with Certainteed fiberglass shingles. I felt that there was a problem with the venting of the roof so Greg drilled more vent holes along the soffit and covered the facia and soffit boards with aluminum siding wrap so no animals could find their way into the attic. They also replaced the bathroom vent fan / light with a new one and put three more inches of insulation up in the attic to help with heat loss in the winter. The new roof and trim work look great and I would recommend Greg and Justin to others who need help with home repair and remodeling.
