The worst experience of my life. One year after the house was erected, the home is still not complete and the company is unresponsive to my pleas for them to finish the job. The workmanship is shoddy at best with siding literally falling off my house on a daily basis as it was not put on proerly but nailed right into the house walls without any insulation or barrier. The interior work is a mess and walls and the stairway are crooked. A huge gap in the floor occured from American Homes of Richfield, NY failing to put the home together properly. They destroyed a $3,500.00 refrigerator on site post delivery and admitted to doing so but will not fix it or replace the unit. Their workers failed to take any care in the work they did not even cover kitchen countertops using them to place heavy tools, paint, and dry wall on top of them, ruining them. We had to hire a clean up crew to even be able to move into the house, despite their being holes in the floor and unfinished interior work that to this day remains undone. Their own work crew complained about having to rush to finish the work under impossible conditions to us.
