She was slow to respond to requests from my realtor. She employed deceptive tactics. She did not have knowledge of the property she was selling. She was not punctual. If I purchase a house/property in the future- I will not consider going to the property where she is the listing agent. I consider this agent rude and a potential deal breaker.
Description of Work: Kimberly Baker, seller's agent, insisted on a specific appointment for house viewing (2-2:30pm) but was then 15mins late. The homeowner let me and my real estate agent in to view the house. Upon arrival, the seller's agent proceeded to push her way past me to turn on and off the lights. She employed deceptive sales tactics by saying multiple people were looking at the house and that was the reason for the 30min appt. When we looked at the book later, no one else viewed the house. She was slow to respond to my real estate agent via email or phone (I was on copy to the emails). It took a week for the seller's agent 5 days to get in touch with us. She told our real estate agent around the time of closing the seller's lawyer abvised the seller to get a contract prior to us moving our possessions on his property due to liability of property theft our injury during moving. Contact was made on Friday and closing was the following Wed. When my lawyer contacted the seller's lawyer she said she had not give her client counsel. Also, the seller's agent had not issue with storing heavy exercise equipment given to her by the seller in his garage (that we were not allowed to move into) until the day before the closing. She was also 45mins late to the walk through. She left a broken Northen Dutchess Realty sign on the front of the property (where there is no garbage pickup). She told us at closing the 1st floor bedroom had a seperate entrance (which we knew it did not, it only had a door to the deck that had no access to the ground floor). She almost forgot to give us the keys at closing.
