I had an excellent experience working with Noah and his team on a deck build along with a series of door install / remodeling jobs. Noah was responsive and respectful throughout the whole process and helped provide me with a number of different options to come up with the best solution to fit our needs. His team was professional on the job and performed top++ quality work throughout. I plan on working with Noah and his team more over the coming years on additional remodeling projects for our home and couldn't recommend them highly enough for any and all custom build projects.

We have a 28-year-old raised ranch that had the original construction grade white vinyl siding. We wanted to re-side it with vinyl siding (with a new color) and replace soffits, fascia, and gutters. We also wanted to add cultured stone around the bottom floor of the house (approx. 650 sq. ft.). Noah worked with us in making all the decisions and his input was invaluable He has a real eye for what will work together, and how to make things “pop”. He is patient, knowledgeable, and professional, and kept in touch with us at each stage of the project to discuss particulars. His crew is hard working and their craftsmanship is excellent. The work also included repainting all the exterior doors and wrapping the exterior in foam board insulation before installing the new siding. We are incredibly pleased with the result and will absolutely have him complete other projects for us. We highly recommend him without any reservations.

He provided me with an accurate estimate of the costs and he, and his, crew did an excellent job making sure I understood what was being done and why. AMAZING RESULTS!!! I cannot recommend Noah highly enough!!!!! But here goes: Awesomely Responsive, Creative, Dependable, Professional, Friendly. We had really good conversations about the project. We decided to move the stairs to the side of the deck, which really worked out beautifully. Importantly, Noah found the most affordable way for us to get the results we wanted. He gutted pretty much everything, added 3 footings, new joists, etc. moved the stairs to the side, squared off the deck, and removed three previous footings and 4’x4’ cement landing pad – giving us a smooth usable patio. To keep the cost in our range, he used top grade pressurized wood (instead of cedar or Trex which cost more than we wanted to spend.) Routing all the top rails created a really nice effect – more like indoor railings. He also designed a picture frame border all around the deck flooring which really looks beautiful (and hides the floorboard edges.) After the wood cures, we'll be staining it to match the existing privacy fence. Noah is the contractor you want for your next project. I'm serious! His expert crew worked non-stop for two solid days to get this job done. Long hours, and a wonderful clean-up! He was terrific about scheduling. When he had the chance to do the job sooner by scheduling it on a weekend, he took it. Our neighbors are now suffering from "deck envy." I couldn't have asked for more!

Very well. The result is outstanding. His tile people and wallpaper hanger were particularly impressive. Real craftsmen. Many consultations during the process and Noah was always available and responsive.

The floor in my studio cabin, separate from my house, was rotten and bug-eaten. It was like walking on a trampoline. I assumed the damage might have extended up into the walls as well. It seemed like it could be a real can of worms, the type of situation where a contractor might easily take advantage of a customer, especially a widow living alone. I hired Noah White based on favorable reviews, and am happy to say there was good reason the reviews were positive. I received a written estimate, and we had an honest discussion about the possibility the cost could increase depending upon what was found when the floor was torn up. The work basically started when scheduled, maybe a couple days later due to weather, but Mr. White was good about communicating to let me know. They were careful not to park their equipment trailer so it wasn't blocking the mailbox, which was appreciated. The work took all of two days. They did not find any additional damage that needed attention - what a nice surprise! When it was evident new insulation and a vapor barrier was needed, Mr. White called to discuss how I wanted to proceed, instead of going ahead and charging for more work and materials without consulting me first. A previous contractor had done just that on another job, so naturally the fact that Mr. White consulted me first was also very much appreciated. The workers installed the laminate flooring I provided and it looks very nice; they also put in new baseboards. Joints look tight, and I don't see any visible signs of shortcuts or shoddy workmanship. I took the option of including refuse removal in the price, and that's exactly what they did. All the old stuff was gone by the end of the job, and they left the site broom clean. It looks sooo good now, and I'm a happy camper. The reason I gave a B and not an A for the price is that I always think these kinds of jobs are expensive. However, you get what you pay for, and if you ask me if hiring this contractor was worth the money, I will tell you, "Absolutely." Noah White Custom Builders is the outfit for you.

They were very good. They did very good work for us. We found them on Angie's List. I would use them again. As a matter of fact, we did call them for another job and they did it. I would highly recommend them.

Noah was extremely helpful and attentive, offering solutions for all my concerns. He even gave a product recommendation for other work that I was doing myself. The site was immaculate when they left. I almost never give a full top rating to anything, but these guys earned it.

This was the second time Noah and his crew returned to my home. The first time they built a beautiful front porch for me. This time they completed a number of small jobs (except for the shutters) that required a carpenter. As a single, professional woman, who is always on the go, I can't say enough about how much they helped me and what a beautiful and professional job they did. Sometimes one leaves a bunch of little things that they can't do and wonders, who is going to come to my house to do these small projects. Well, I can say with enthusiasm that they happily did and I highly recommend Noah and his crew.

It couldn't have gone any better than it did. Noah and his guys were on time everyday ready to do a full day's work with a smile on their faces. My husband and I bought a new home, the builder was less than reputable. Noah was recommended for some work we needed done and we have been using him for about 5 years. He has done additions for us, built a custom shed, fixed roofing issues, leaks, plumbing, electrical, paint - you name it and he has done it for us. He is very responsive and capable.

Noah and his crew of three very hardworking, highly skilled Hispanic workers completed the job ahead of schedule. They worked all day with only 1 hour of lunch break each day. It was very clear that Noah takes a great deal of pride in his work and so does his crew. The results were amazing. We were very impressed with the finished product. I highly recommend this company for any project you might have. They handled everything from moving furniture to putting final touches on crown molding and paint. We have never seen people who worked this long and hard. No shortcuts, no problems. They bent over backwards to please. Really impressive.

This was the second time I hired Noah to do a major maintenance renovation on my home (last time it was the roof). As before, he was honest, friendly, and very responsive whenever I had a question. He started and finished the job according to the promised schedule, in 3 days. He brought in a specialist subcontractor to do the concrete work, and the subcontractor was onsite with Noah and his crew from the beginning to the end of the project. This is important because concrete-related decisions needed to be made on the basis of conditions found at each step of the process. Everyone was careful to keep disruption and dirt/dust to a minimum. Noah has full time employees working for him. He treats them with respect and they are a happy, productive team, always arriving on time (at 7am) and working until late in the day. The new floor is smooth and level, and a vast improvement over the old one. I would (and do) recommend NCW to anyone looking for high quality construction work to be done on their home.

The contractor, Noah White and his team showed up on the pre-arranged date and pretty much worked from the crack of dawn until dusk...5 days a week. My wife and I were amazed on just how quickly the work was being performed and how meticulous the team was. Everything was spot on and the site was cleaned up at the end of every work day. If there were any issues or missed opportunities, Noah worked with us immediately to accommodate our needs. At the same time this project was underway, Noah did work on our sagging porch and reinforced our A/C units. Bottom line....the work was completed on time, within the exact estimate and was PERFECT in every detail. Our grade is A+ We LOVE our new room and recent visitors are amazed at how good it looks and how quickly the job was completed. We highly recommend Noah White for any remodeling work you may have.

It was very good. The carpentry work and everything was very good. The mason that he subcontract was extremely very good. He was easy to work with and he's a pleasure to work with. We saw him on Angie's List. They're very professional.

Upon our request Noah gave us suggestions/options on improving the deck and sliding door, we appreciated his expertise and advice. His men were always here on or before the time due to begin. They were extremely careful and precise with their measurements, were very hard working and professional, and cleaned everything up when done.
