+ -1 moreWe were skeptical at first, but then realized it was a family business. The job was done in a timely manner and the results were perfect. He said we may have one small problem with an elbow joint leaking. If so, he would come back and remedy the problem. After the next rain storm he was there promptly to fix the problem.
Description of Work: Installation of new gutters on the back of the house and either side of our screened in porch. Installation included leaf deifier which is used to prevent leaves,,twigs, pine needles etc. from entering your gutters. We have this system on the front of our home.

+ -1 moreThis was the low cost estimate for my job. Showed up when he promised me. Did the work and everthing met expectations. At the first rain, some two weeks later, all of the corner joint on the gutters leaked. Was promised a return visit several times but since my waife and I both work, I don't know that he ever came back. In any case, the gutters never stopped leaking. Repeated calls and messages went un returned. Article appeared in Poughkeepsie Journal indicating that MANY other customers had problems with this contractor. I filed a complaing with the NYS attorney generals office but my leaking gutters remain. I would never use this contractor again.

+ -1 morei was a totaly strung out between the no call back,thinking i lost my 100.00 down payment,and then he shows up out off the blueacting like this this is the normal way to do business and to top it all off the gutters leak.DU NOT USE THIS MAN.
Description of Work: called for an estimate,he came promptly,a price was giving and he was set to go.i did not hear from him for a few weeks or so.i started to call,maybe every 2 days.NEVER a call back.i came home from work one day and there he was making gutters (big surprise)i never believed i would see him again (100.00 down)they looked good he got paid . then the rain came.gutters are pitched the wrong way holding a lot of water,the end caps leak like a sieve.i have called no less than 50-60 times he never called back.my contractor gave him a call(left a message like i always did)but he got a call back,with that i finely got a call,. but i missed it by 5 min.i called right then and there and he did not answer and to this day i have never heard from him again.this is now 2 years and my contractor tells me he now have a customer with the same problems,i hope he has better luck than i have.
