+ -1 moreMy clothes washer was starting to make a squeaking noise. I called to schedule a visit. They promptly replied with a convenient time. Upon inspection, the repair technician determined the need for a new "balancer" for the tub... a part which had to be ordered. Once the part arrived, a new time was scheduled to install the part (about 1.5 hr). Once the repair was completed, the washer was silent again! I was not charged for the initial visit (to troubleshoot the problem) and I felt the repair cost was very reasonable. Service was handled efficiently, and professionally.

+ -1 moreWe had tried and failed to perform this job ourselves. It took two hours of very hard work to reattach the range hood to the kitchen cabinetry. Dale had to work upside down and backwards much of the time and we helped as much as we could. His specialized driver tools helped a lot. His fee was extraordinarily reasonable.
Description of Work: Reinstalled a stainless steel range hood that had fallen down.
