Description of Work: Put in a floating wood floor from Lumber liquidators that buckled badly the following summer. Never returned my phone call or e-mail until company contacted him while I was on phone to company.Had another contractor who did previous work for me fix it.

HE'S VERY PERSONABLE. HE WAS METICULOUS WITH THE QUALITY AND HE CAME BACK TO READJUST THEM. I WAS HOME ALONE WHEN HE WAS HERE AND I WAS NOT UNCOMFORTABLE AT ALL. HE WOULD SAY HE'D BE THERE AT NINE AND HE WOULDN'T GET THERE UNTIL TEN. SOMETIMES I WOULD CALL HIM AND IT WOULD TAKE A DAY OR TWO FOR HIM TO GET BACK TO ME BECAUSE HE WAS SO BUSY BUT HE ALWAYS DID RETURN MY CALLS.
Description of Work: HE INSTALLED TWO SLIDING GLASS PELLA DOORS.
