 + -1 moreTHIS WAS A GROUPON COUPON. THOUGH TOSSEIA WAS 30 MINUTES LATE (SHE DID CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW), IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. SHE INTRODUCED HERSELF AND WENT ABOUT HER BUSINESS. HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS EXCELLENT. SHE MOVED ITEMS OUT OF THE WAY, VACUUMED THE AREAS, PRETREATED THE AREAS, USED A "SCRUB BRUSH" ON DIRTY AREAS, PRETREATED AGAIN, AND FINALLY CLEANED THE CARPETS. I ASKED IF SHE HAD TIME TO DO THE STAIRS AND SHE ACCOMMODATED ME WITH NO ISSUES. SHE WAS PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. WOULD RECOMMEND HER AND HER BUSINESS
