It was a complicated problem with a double jet well. He showed up with all the right tools and knowledge for the job. Very polite and straight forward with fair prices too.

I highly advise anyone who comes across this review to avoid this man and his company at all costs. I am astounded at the lack of professionalism that I experienced working with Kelly Walters. I have also attached images of all written documentation of my below experience. I originally texted his company on October 6th. Within the hour, Kelly called me personally and asked what issues we were experiencing. He let me know he would speak with me soon, but would potentially come out that day to take a look. After no follow up on the 6th, I sent another text message on October 7th, asking if he was still able to help us out and that there was no urgency. He said he was working on the schedule for the next week and he had not forgotten about us. October 13th, I sent him another text and he responded letting me know he would call that day to get us on the calendar. October 16th, I sent another text. He responded and asked where we were located, then asked if he could come out and diagnosis it that day (which was a Saturday). He arrived at our house and spent quite a bit of time explaining our system to my husband and diagnosing the problem, which was that we needed a filter replaced and some tubing replaced for a chlorine system we have. While he was here, he was very professional, kind, and easy to talk to. He apologized multiple times for the delay and got everything back in order again, letting us know that he would send his technician out later that week if we had not replaced the filter yet. As he was leaving, my husband asked him what we owed and he said nothing, he said that if we did additional work, it would be included in the total there but there was no charge for the day. Later the following week, he called to let me know that he found that we had higher levels of manganese in our water, which can be dangerous since we have small children. He also had his technician replace our filter and tubing, which was completed. Our total was $432.00, which we paid with no hesitation. I personally prefer to have documentation when work is completed on my home, for my own records and in case I need to provide it for a future sale. The invoice that I was emailed, under charges, just listed $432.00 with the word ‘Fix’. This does not describe any of the parts, labor, or service charges. I decided to email Kelly, asking if he could itemize the invoice for me. The email ([*** Link removed ***] that I received in response was one of the most insulting, rude, and unprofessional emails I have ever been sent. Clearly, me asking for clarity was extremely offensive to him and he made sure I was aware of this. While he provided a rough invoice, he listed his service call fee as $300. This was not something we discussed at any point, nor is it currently (as of 10/23/2021) listed on his website. As I stated previously, he told my husband no charge initially. In regards to the water test, he offered to do it while he was here, and did not indicate any dollar value at that time. Had I been made aware of a $750 water test, I would have politely declined. Simply put, until his “itemization” he was not upfront about any of his charges. He also threatened to withhold the water testing results, due to the “additional overhead charges for itemizing extremely minor and low-priced maintenance services”, despite letting us know how dangerous manganese can be in a home water supply when there are children in the home. In his email, I would also like to point out that he made it clear that him coming on a Saturday was a major sacrifice. He asked to come out on a weekend. I did not push for this. He also, in many other reviews that are posted on various sites, will see that weekend visits are not an uncommon occurrence in his business. This situation is a clear example of how a 5-star business becomes a 1-star business, over a simple choice to email a paying client with such blatant disrespect. I would never work with someone who is this easily unhinged in his ability to maintain appropriate discourse and respect to those who trust his work.

It went great. Showed up early! On a Sunday! Trouble shot the issue and tried to solve my it before settling on what we all suspected and feared from the beginning; a total pump replacement. Kelly and Eric were EXTREMELY professional and informative. Informed me every step of the way of what was happening with the job as it was happening. It all made perfect sense and I know enough about the subject matter to know he was being straight with me. They were prepared for everything; had all the parts for job on the truck (and there were lots/ who does that anymore!). They wouldn’t and didn’t leave before me and my family had working water again. They didn’t even take a break and it was long day. All this after Hawk Drilling wanted a crazy amount of money to pour acid (!) down my well before even accessing the issue. I’m glad I found Safewell Tech before I went down that road and will be recommending them to my friends and family!

Everything went well Kelly is extremely professional and knowledgeable he was able to handle every snafu that came up with ease he also carries all the best pumps parts and pieces right on his truck. He made what could have been a long difficult job extremely easy. Kelly's very good at describing what's got to be done and your options in detail. His prices are comparable with the other company I spoke with, I'm extremely happy I went with safewell technologies. I feel like Kelly is not just good at what he does he's a good person. He's definitely earned my trust and I look forward to having him come back and update our filter and water softener systems!

We called a couple of companies. He was not the cheapest but he was the best with follow up. Kelly came, he replaced the unit and helped me move the tank and pump he replaced. He gave us a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied.

I had my well's water pump go out over a weekend. Spent a day flipping breakers and replacing fuses before I decided it was out of my league. Kelly was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He returned my call quicker than I could have hoped for, as I called on a Sunday evening. The Monday he called me back he showed up an hour later with everything necessary for troubleshooting the issue, and a full well pump replacement. That day! Absolutely awesome. He worked in the hot sun on the farm where the well was, and on an old water system that came with my recently purchased house. He knew a LOT more about the whole situation than I did and was very pleasant when explaining it to me. I was especially curious about the wiring situation. If anyone I know in the area needs well and water system work, I will 100% recommend Kelly and Safewell Tech. Quick, professional, and quality work that's hard to come by nowadays! And excellent prices!

We contacted Safewell this month with a lab report on our water that indicated a number of issues, including contamination and hardness. Kelly analyzed the report and followed up with a phone consultation where he patiently and thoroughly explained a few potential solutions. He also made a special trip to our house to do additional tests, rule out other problems, and further narrow down our options. Only a few days later, Kelly installed our sanitization and softening systems. Kelly's work was thorough, efficient and very professional. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does. Because of Safewell, we're incredibly pleased to report that our water is now crystal clear and the unknown smells are gone! Kelly has since been extremely responsive to our follow-up questions. I doubt we'll have to reach out in the future -- not only because of the quality of the work, but because Safewell's system has easy-to-understand maintenance instructions right on the unit. If we do have to reach out for whatever reason, I know we'll be in good hands. We are incredibly happy we went with Safewell and thankful for the excellent work Kelly did. We highly recommend Safewell to diagnose and fix any issues you have with your water quality.

Kelly was very helpful, informative and honest regarding my well system. Would recommend for those looking for work on their well.

Safe Well Tech was literally the only company in the capitol region to respond to me. I had tenants who needed running water so the request was urgent. This was during the early stages of the lockdown where information about the spread of the Corona virus was inconsistent. Safe Well Tech braved uncertainty and did the work dispite possible exposure. I was grateful for their professionalism and quality work. If you need well repairs or recommendations.. call them.

Kelly Walters of Safewell Technologies did an outstanding job in installing my water softening system and repairing my UV treatment system..He is reliable and trustworthy and very knowledgeable . He worked hard and made sure everything was working perfect and he followed up to ensure i was happy with the system..I highly recommend Kelly and Safewell Technologies .

Kelly was very responsive to our dilemma. He explained things through to someone who had no knowledge of why this pressure tank just sprung a leak other then it was old. When he came to do the work he again explained what he was going to do and why. Was very speedy in the execution of the job and the price was very fair for the work that was done. Great had to have my pump replaced due to old one be on its last legs. Called him on Sunday and he was ready to go with a submersible pump but due to our position of our well had to do a jet pump which meant had to wait. He came and got us set as quickly and efficiently as he could. Going to use agian for water treatment services.

We called Kelly after the company that installed the pump didn’t show. We had no water. Kelly first tried to talk me through a fix via pictures I sent him, but ours was a complicated problem. He came promptly and stuck with the job even though it took about 4 times longer than he expected. He not only fixed the immediate problem but others that we’re festering. From now on I will call Kelly at Safewell first.

Safewell Technologies came highly recommended to us from our family. My wife called on a warm Sunny Sunday around 3 pm. She advised Kelly of our issue. We explained we had a tree that came straight down on our well. He was leaving and on his way to us within 45 minutes of my call! He was fast, informative and very helpful to what seemed like endless questions I had for him. He answered them and even told me if I had any more questions to give him a call! He completed the work with in a hour and we were up and running again with water to our home. If you have a well system for your water in your home, you should always call Safewell Technologies!

Kelly contacted my almost immediately. After discussing the issue, we set an appointment for him to come out. He arrived on time and more than prepared. Since we were unsure of the exact cause of our problem, he more than willingly began troubleshooting potential issues before just pulling our well pump out and replacing it. He narrowed our problem down to a couple of things that were outside of his area of expertise and told us what he recommended we do. He was honest, up front, and very thorough with his work. We will absolutely be calling him again for any work we need. I would definitely recommend him for any well service needs.

First off. Safewell Technologies was literally the only company that responded to a referral service request. That is huge. If you find yourself in dire straights, pick a company that is willing to help. Two friends needed a place to stay. I offered my house, which has been vacant for some time. When they turned on the power, the well pump wasn't working. Safewell Technologies came out and replaced the pump and tank. Unfortunately a number of pipes had been damaged. Mr. Walters fixed as many as he could. I'm sure he had other people in line for his services, I'm grateful for everything he did. He showed up prepared, with safety gear and got things done. He's like a trustworthy mechanic :)
