Their initial txt re scheduling was extremely unprofessional in that our simple request to be duly notified prior to coming was met with ignorance, ambiguity, & indignant 'replies' which was devoid of a true response, discounting our request/ inquiry (by texting he 'may' call) for our right to be notified prior to anyone coming to our property-- in a rude & pompous (texted we wouldn't have contacted them unless we'd seen their website) of their manner. They even denied they are on Angie's List (so I texted a screenshot proving they are). We now can see why they've received previous "F'(s)" on this 'list'

He got back to us with an excellent quote in a timely fashion. Unfortunately due to a communication problem with another asphalt company we ended up having to hire them instead. We thought they were ignoring us and then suddenly showed up. I will most definitely hire Prestige next time!

Excellent. I was surprised all work was done in less than 30 minutes.

Prestige seal coated my driveway by accident, using a material I did not want. Additionally, the company splattered seal coating on my house siding and has refused to make it right. After numerous calls and emails to the company, the owner of this small business has never called me back or made any attempt to make right. Even filed a police report, which still not get the owner involved.

Had a rain delay, but was called in advance and set up an alternate date. Everything went on schedule. Job was done to satisfaction and price was good.

Prestige responded to my inquiry and scheduled a convenient date very quickly. A crew of 3 (Joe and 2 other employees) were the epitome of efficiency. They arrived promptly, reassured me that they would be attentive to a neat job, then speedily and skillfully did the job. It was amazing to see how well-coordinated they were. They were also polite and friendly (actually pretty funny). A pleasure to do business with this company.

This is the third time I have used them and have been very pleased with their service. Plan on calling them again in the spring.

They left me an estimate and I called and left a message to schedule. A lady called me back promptly and told me when they would seal my driveway. The work was done on time, efficiently and the guys did a very good job. I would use this company again.

never showed up, 4 weeks + Estimate given - prep driveway, clean, edging, seal, coating Office Manager said no - you clean driveway get it all ready, was told they had prior jobs where quality was an issue they had to redo. Called and promised many times. Saw truck outside window, went outside, away it went before I could reach street They are non-responsive, un-professional - do not pickup their phone, return calls Poor - Avoid

Very well. The young lady that sets the appointments got a little cranky with me when she had trouble getting in touch with me. I'm sorry but I had just upgraded my phone and didn't realize I didn't have my voice mail set up. We ended up just trading voice mails but it worked out fine.

We have used Prestige before and have been satisfied in the past, although it is difficult to get them on the phone--they simply don't answer or call back until days later. This time, the workers arrived on time and did a decent job, however, they left paper towels that became embedded in the new driveway, and spattered sealer on our new garage floor. In response to our complaint, we received an email saying we were mistaken. Since then, they have refused to respond to several phone messages and emails, and they have not returned to repair the damage. We will not use them again.

They did a very good job. It was neat and we trusted them to do it while we were away.

The overall experience was very good. I was very pleased with the work. They did exactly what was asked for.
