DL Industries

I arranged for an inspection at 3:00PM on a Thursday. I was home and available until 7 in the evening. No call, no response to calls, and no response to texts. Very disappointed.

I used DL Industries to repair my house and garage foundation. Dan Oconnell did an excellent job his work is impecable he is very professional and hardworking he explained what needed to be done and did everything that he said he would do. He arrived early in the morning and worked throughout the day until the job was complete leaving in the evening. He left my property clean and neat. I would not hesitate to hire him again and I highly recommend him to others. Thank you Dan!

All went well and smooth. I mean what can one say about cleaning out a chimney. He climbed up on the roof and did his thing and check down below at the clean out. Suggested I seal it better account its age it may be letting in cold air. That was it.

All went great. Showed up right on time. Had all necessary equipment to move 300, 400, 250. and 3000 pound rocks into position with care and complete confidence. Daniel, the owner, had one helper, Dean, who operated the Fork Truck with ease. Nothing was dropped, broken, chipped, or damaged in any way. I can tell you I felt some anxious moments but they did not. That is a great deal of weight to be lifting and manipulate into just the right places, as there were 4 large rocks to be adjusted. They were cool and calm, level headed and confident, I personally closed my eyes, as I was terrified due to the sheer size and weight.
