+ -1 moreThey came out three times and got worse everytime. They were unable to identify the problem. They were very incompetent and they wanted me to sign a form that everything had been done before I could even test my computer out. I would not use them or recommend them to my worst enemy.
Description of Work: They were supposed to repair my computer and they were unable to do as they could not recognize the problem.

+ 0 moreMy computer was infected by viruses and Trojans I had called two other computer service companies they both said that they could not remove the Trojans and they had to reinstall my windows and I would lose all my data That was unacceptable to me. as a last effort I called PCMacexpress They came over in 90 minutes flat. After the technician evaluated the problem he said it would take about 2 hours and all my data would be saved. 2 hours later the viruses and Trojan were gone and my machine was working better than new! To technician took the time to explain to me every step he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending this people they are true professionals
Description of Work: Removed Trojans and viruses, recovered my data and had my computer run better than new.
