+ -1 moreVery positive. Someone answers the phone at the office and I was notified that he would be late, before hand. I did not have to guess if he would show up.
Description of Work: He programmed the alarm system to connect to a central monitoring service. The service was included in the cost of the monitoring.

+ -1 moreI JUST MOVED INTO THESE APARTMENTS AND THEY HAVE ALARM SYSTEMS ALREADY HOOKED UP BUT TO GET THEM TURNED ON AND ACTIVATED YOU MUST CALL AND HAVE YOUR WIRES RECONNECTED.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW WIRES.
