 + -1 moreTHEY WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY RESCHEDULED OUR APPOINTMENT SEVERAL TIMES. THEY CAME VERY LATE. THEY HAD TO COME OUT TWICE TO GET THE JOB DONE. THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THAT THEY WERE VERY POLITE.

 + -1 moreAFTER ALL THE WET WEATHER WE WERE AFRAID OF TERMITE TROUBLE, SO WE CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT INSPECTED AND SAID WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY, BUT THEY COULD TREAT TO PREVENT THEM, SO THEY DID SO, AND WE DON'T HAVE ANY SPIDERS OR ANTS EITHER.
