Rodney quotes me a Viqua UV Max Ultra system with 4x20 filter systems. I approved the quote. He did the installation got paid on November 17 2021 and left. As I was looking through the documentation I realized that he did not install the system he quoted and I paid for. He installed a low end system model VH200-f10. I called him and spoke to him about this. He agreed to install the correct system and filter. I have been chasing him ever since. He made an appointment for Saturday March 12 at 10:30 to replace my system. He never showed up and has not returned any of my calls.

Rodney is quite possibly the worse business person to ever exist. He sold my mother a $7000 Water Filtration system for a sub 900 sq ft house with 1 bathroom/shower and a single sink. He promised the world and delivered what could only be described as a nightmare. After installation the faulty system flooded the entire bathroom which ended up needing to be completely demolished down to the floor boards, $60,000 later, an entire new bathroom, the with the same system in place it over burdened her septic which then also needed to be replaced. Calls emails and texts to the company, his personal lines, and his multiple other shell corporations and he refused to do any warranty work, he blocked her number after signing both a work contract and hand writing that he warranties his work for 3 years anywhere he could. This company is a scam, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this man or any company that he operates, unless you want faulty equipment and no recourse other then Civil Claims Court. He wont even show up to court when you do sue him. He's too busy in Florida with his family to show up, and even better luck getting paid. He says you can't get blood from a stone, while living the high life with his ATV and Snowmobile collection to rival many dealerships. Terrible products, ridiculous prices and no human decency to take advantage of people on social security and disability for thousands of dollars over fair market price.

I cannot stress enough how positive our experience was with Rodney at ABC Water Services. We purchased a house on well water that came with a horrific sulfur smell and hard water, even though we had an extensive system in the basement that was supposed to fix everything. (Apparently, the previous owners thought house maintenance was optional and did nothing to maintain the systems in their years at the house.) We originally hired a plumber (Pete Mellon) to fix the system, which not only took two weeks between him checking out the system and finally coming back with the parts, but still did not fix the issue. So that was money down the drain. We did some more research on here and called Rodney. He got an A for responsiveness, because he was able to come out the same day. He received another A rating because he came out ready to fix the problem--No excuses of needing to order parts. He keeps a lot of inventory and had everything with him. This was really handy because he also found out that the system was not set up to the proper drain, which was the cause of our basement flooding the night prior. He was able to fix that during the same visit! Of course, the biggest defining factor was that he actually fixed our problem. No more sulfur smell. No more sediment getting through the filters. We finally have clean water! The experience was top-notch. He only had us pay half of the cost up front. He then came back at the end of the week to re-test our water and to make sure we had no problems. He said that only once we were satisfied with the outcome were we responsible for the remaining cost. After our negative experience with the last plumber, this meant a lot. Rodney is not only extremely knowledgeable about many water filtration systems, but he is very open with walking you through how everything works to make sure you understand maintenance needs. He even does a follow-up call to see if any other questions may have come up. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with water issues.

He is terrific, and he did a great job with the service.

It was excellent. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. They're fabulous for service, and problem solving. I would highly recommend them.
