The tech spent a good part of the day going through the networking in our office to determine there were no hardware problems. I have done business with this group for several years. I have been in business 24 yrs. Their techs are attentive and knowledgeable. I have found their service to be unmatched by any other company I have used in this area.
Description of Work: Addressed a serious software issue that our business was encountering under our maintenance contract. The issue was caused by another provider, not this company.
