has been working with me for a month, since I bought house. knows his plumbing, really cares about the quality of his work, has thoughtful solutions to correct many plumbing problems in 150-year-old house. meticulous, thorough, reliable, trustworthy, always goes the extra mile. a true gem.

We needed to find a plumber right away when our sump pump stopped working and water got into our boiler. I decided to give Angie's List a try since I didn't have time to to start calling around to neighbors. I received a call back from the plumber's main office within two hours and Chad was able to get to our home first thing in the morning the next day. He resolved the problem by replacing a few parts in the boiler. No hassles. Pricing was very good. Our finances are tight so we were worried about being price gouged. Fortunately Chad was straight forward and honest. We would hire him again.

Arrived punctually and did the job efficiently and professionally. Very friendly as well.

The furnace was running roughly. I got his number from Angies List. He told me what day and time he could come and he was prompt. He ascertained that the furnace was very dirty. He went out to his truck, brought in all the necessary tools and the vacuum and got to work. He was there for about 1 1/2 hours total. He gave me the bill, I paid him and that was that. You have to breathe a huge sigh of relief. A conscientous person is hard to find. 9/2011: Chad is still doing a remarkable job. He's prompt, reliable and caring. Comes when he says and does the job right. Couldn't ask for more. He even calls after the fact to see if everything is going well.

Everything went very well. Had a bit of trouble getting work scheduled due to large amount of emergency calls he received (it was dead of winter, during a heavy cold snap. Lots of frozen pipes). He worked efficiently with great care for the cleanliness of my home. Dealt well with my nosey dog. A few small problems (not related to his work, but rather the equipment) were dealt with quickly at no additional cost. A very poilte, friendly plumber.
