They never contacted me after the initial contact initiated by Angie's list service. I called them a day later and left a message with my name, telephone and description of the job. They never replied. Utterly unprofessional behavior.

i never have to worry about capstones (frank's) work. he is a master plumber. he arrives on time, calls if he's running early or late, and is 100% reliable. he is also honest and will do the job right the first time. if you are looking for a professional in his trade area, dont even wasting your time calling anyone else.

Frank and his assistant were great. For all we knew, we could have needed a new toilet, a major new shower installation, and work on our washing machine lines. Frank told us all we needed was a shim for the toilet, some work under the shower (which had to be accessed through our garage ceiling), and debris removed from our washing machine line. The work cost us a fraction of what we had anticipated because Frank was so honest about our not needing any major work done. He did the work while we were away (we felt completely comfortable leaving our keys with him) and, when we returned, everything was fixed and there was no dirt or mess. We would definitely call on Frank for any plumbing job - major or minor.

Frank Vitolo lost track of my first phone call, but replied immediately to my second. We arranged that he should come around this week to perform the work. He bought the two faucet sets, and I supplied the toilet tank valve. It took about four hours altogether to buy the faucets and install them, plus replace the toilet tank valve. The installed faucets are lovely and work beautifully. Total parts: $268.00 Total labor: $250 Sales tax: $42.09

He was excellent, he did excellent work, he's quick and efficient; I had no problem. He was highly recommended to me and I would recommend him to the next person.

Before the repair, the lavatory drained very slowly, and the usual drain cleaners did nothing. It had been this way for a while. Visual inspection showed the drain system to be heavily corroded. I called Frank, and he called back the same day. He was unusually busy, and took two weeks to work me into his schedule, but this was hardly an emergency. When he got to it, he replaced the drain under the vanity completely in two hours--he had to cut the old assembly out, it was so corroded. Now the drain and quot;works like new,and quot; as they say. The price of labor was not cheap, by any means, but very fair and appropriate.
