Needed a liner for my inground pool. Clayton came out and took measurements. Very professional, Quoted a price, and stuck to it.... no hidden prices. BRENDAN and DIONE installed the liner in one day. We had bought our house a year ago and when we opened the pool the liner was ripped and we were loosing ALOT of water everyday. My husband and I know nothing about pools. SO we muddled thru the first year knowing that we would need someone to come out this year. I called and received 5 estimates. Tri-City pools was the last estimate that came out. He was the best value for our money. Clayton the owner came and installed the liner himself, they found out where the leaks were replaced them and also helped us with our pool pump since the pool wasent closed properly. He put my ladder in and stairs and out the eyes into the jets. He did not charge me any extra for any of the extra things that he did. I offered multiple times to pay more since he did SO much more. He went over the pool pump with me and explained everything they were doing every step of the way. Our pool looks AMAZING. We couldnt be happier. Easy to work cwith easy to talk to. Will be calling them for closing and openings. THANK YOU Clayton!

They open and close our pool. They lap changed our liner. They are very nice and easy to work with.

The group that came and placed a new liner in my over 50 year Fanta Sea pool did a great job; looks so much better and the price was extremely fair. The workers were neat and tidy and I would recommend them and use them in the future.

First, I did not know what to expect based on our first phone call. I was expected to give my credit card info by Tri-City before the job. Not excited about that. However, they still have not cashed in. They later said that they cash in 2xs month. Not sure what that means. At least they did not prematurely charge. Second, not their fault, the power was not working. Time delay. They did return and fixed a fault that they had the water running in reverse. They added one gallon of algaecide and two one half gallons of chlorine. Then they left. There was no further communication. The pool was not clear. I let a week go by. The water was not clear. I called and got a response. The representative said they did their job and any further treatment was my responsibility. I said that I just needed to know that. It would be good if they told me that they were done. I thanked them for their service and learned that my phone call was the only way I would know that they completed what was their job. My issue with Tried City Pools is that they need to communicate up front and educate more clearly. The cost of what they did was reasonable. I would have liked more communication.

This is the first time we have replaced our vinyl pool liner and Tri-City Pools was fabulous! From the moment Clayton came out to give us our quote, the whole process has been done quickly and professionally. Communication was top-notch and the liner looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Tri-City Pools!

What a find! After exhausting our local expertise to rehabilitate a 50 year old in ground pool, Clayton and his team came through like champs, with a solid strategy to mend, upgrade and follow-through on our pool renovation and not charging us nearly as much as we thought we might need to keep our pool, and not have it filled in.

The price was very reasonable he changed my liner then he put in all new accessories and it is beautiful. I have no complaints.

Tri-City Pools was the most professional pool company we have ever dealt with. Communication was perfect- they were very prompt in answering any and all questions, came when they said they would and followed up. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing pool services!
