Serena Staats was very thorough and superb customer service! Hired Staats for small re-pointing job as well as removing old paint from brick wall and applying mortar. Job was done on time with excellent results. Would definitely hire again.

We had two cracks in our foundation. One crack was much more severe than the other. For the mason contractors to properly fix the inside and outside of the cracked foundation they had to take out an old concrete patio slab. They fixed the foundation cracks and put in a new slab, filled in three basement windows, replaced two basement windows, installed two window wells, installed drainage pipe for gutter run off, and added fill around the foundation to make positive grade. Serena and Bo kept us in the loop every day to tell us what work was being performed for each day. We will definitely be using Staats Masonry again for any of our other future concrete jobs.

I was impressed from the start with the owners knowledge, energy and professionalism. They do great work and are very respectful to your property when the project was complete a individual wouldn't have known they were there. Very impressed we would definitely contract with them again.

Easy to communicate with, kept me updated on their progress. Everything was done well, as far as I can tell. The basement has remained dry since their work, and our walls are looking good.

Serena from Staats, a family owned business, was prompt in coming to look over the work. She didn't rush the visit and looked over the entire property. She made numerous suggestions about things that I could do myself to help with moving water away from the foundation. She also reviewed the sidewalk which is breaking up and heaving. She was prompt in sending a proposal with details. But for the time being we are delaying the job until next spring before the shrubs begin to grow. Serena was thorough and knowledgeable about the things that had to be done. And I will and would hire Staats because of the honesty and knowledge.

The whole process went very smoothly. They cam out and gave me a free estimate for the work. They were back in a couple of weeks, on time, dug around the hole, filled and patched it, and even lay new dirt around the hole to make it flush with the lawn. Both the owner and the assistant were very friendly, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely hire again for masonry needs.

I have nothing but great things to say about Serena and her crew. Serena is very knowledgable about her craft, is prompt, friendly, and always willing to answer any question you may have. Staats Masonry does exceptional work - our foundation looks brand new, and our patio is beautiful. A+ EXCELLENT. I saw the BEAUTIFUL job they did for my neighbor and started up a conversation with Serena. Being EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with her 30 years in the business and her EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE...I hired her on the spot. They came as a well organized and concise team and finished the job in 3 days in 90 degree weather with no complaints. Serena stayed in constant contact with me as the job progressed and answered any questions or concerns. When the job was done she walked the site with me to make sure everything I wanted done was done to my satisfaction. The team was AMAZING! I told her I have other jobs lined up for her in the future! A failed sewer line led to a nightmare scenario requiring a new foundation wall, retaining wall and redesigned front walkways and steps. Throughout a nerve racking process, Bo and Serena kept in constant communication, explaining each step of the work. Their integrity and genuineness inspired a confidence that was priceless. They went above and beyond in finishing the job, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Bo and Serena will be my first call if I have any masonry questions and concerns, and I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Very professional. Had a few warm days to work so they started on a Sunday. Was kept informed as to when the were showing up an leaving. Good job straightening out the yard considering all the muck.
