+ -1 morewe had a long standing roof leak that finally needed repair. Mark took care of that in short order at an extremely reasonable price. While he was on the premises, I had him check interior damage from the leak. We saw extensive mold and rotting under the roof, along with remnants of improperly completed prior jobs by other roofers. Mark stripped off an entire 17 X 30 roof on an addition to our cape cod style house. It was in January 2016; thankfully we had a break in wintry weather but it was still cold. He removed the entire roof area, replaced rotted plywood, replaced molded insulation, emptied debris left inside the roof area by the previous roofer( done about 15 years previously); basically did whatever it took to make things right. He was professional, untiring, scrupulous in his work ethic, and extremely reasonable in price. I would recommend him and his workers to anyone.
Description of Work: We have had other work and ongoing work done with this provider. Our first contact was a small roof repair which was done professionally, at a reasonable price, and successfully repaired the problem. Since then we had a substantial roof replacement completed to great satisfaction and are in the process of having a new second floor bathroom put in.
