So i got the tractor back and he tells me it needs a starter . I saying this is BS to bad he all ready had my check and left. Never replaced the switch carb kit is 30 DOLLARS takes 30 min. to put in. So I got a new starter put in nothing does not even turn over so we jump out Starter does not start at all before where it did. On top of all that the guy try to start a fight with me in my door yard when I questioned him about the tractor and the work he did has made no attempt to fix the situation what so ever. This guy is a strait up crook
Description of Work: picked up my tractor had a gas issue still ran just not like it use to. Ziggie said its just the needs a carb kit it going to be 2600 dollars then he said he replaced the starter switch and got running well just have to use the coke a little . No biggie so i thought bring it to me i said.

Again…. I am sorry you feel this way, however please do not be one sided in your review to bash our business. If you could have answered our phone calls as an adult we could have rectified this situation. You gave us a 20 year old tractor to work on, which was NOT running and had work done previously by someone other than "Ziggys" that was done completely inappropriately. Wires were hanging, it was taped together in the wrong places, you swore to Dustin that you did not touch the carb yet the seals/gaskets were on backwards AND upside down when we took it apart. The tractor would NOT even start when you brought it to us and we spent many hours trying to piece back together the mess of equipment that was given to us. We replaced the ignition wires, removed, cleaned and rebuilt the carb and hooked the main fuel line back up and it was fine. You claimed to have replaced the starter yourself a year prior, which was untrue. The tractor ran fine all day at our shop. When it came time to load it for delivery, the starter was not working. This was no fault of ours and we clarified this with you the same day. We called and asked you what you'd like to do and you wanted it delivered without being fixed and we wanted nothing more than to bring it back to you after time spent on it, money put into it by us and your less than nice/appropriate phone calls over that week time frame. When it was delivered, you and another man took it upon yourselves to touch our personal property and removed the tractor from our trailer while Dustin was getting your bill. Then, after you had pushed it to the back yard behind a closed fence, you handed Dustin a check, and as you walked away you told him it had already been cancelled. You then preceded to scream profanities at him and his partner, and if you expect any self respecting man to be screamed at like an animal then I am sorry his reaction upset you. You stood behind your fence screaming at him and asked him to stay off your property and he did just that. You have threatened multiple times now to "put us out of business" as well as informing us you are "coming for us", however when I reach out to you to resolve this you tell me you did not call and hang up on me. We have never had an unsatisfied customer that we could not make happy and that has not come back to us time and time again, and we strive to make our customers satisfaction our main goal, so I do not know what to do for you at this point. We have now notified you several times to stop contacting us unless you would like to resolve this properly. Instead you ignore my calls, hang up on me, call from random or blocked numbers and leave threatening messages. Any further contact of this kind and we will need to pursue legal actions against you.
