Description of Work: Tony replaced our broken outdoor faucet. He arrived later than expected but he called to let us know when he was on his way. At first he was all business and straight to work, but then he took the time to answer my questions and make sure that I understood exactly what he was doing and why, which I greatly appreciated. I found the cost reasonable although I have nothing to compare it to. He responded to our phone call the same day and took less than an hour to fix the problem. Though we haven't used the faucet extensively just yet, we are quite satisfied with the service and would use him again.
