Rowell Design Build

Matt Rowell helped us design and build an in home wine cellar. He redesigned the room and built a climate controlled wine wall and glass cabinets to hold stemware. The project involved laying new hardwood flooring inside the space, creating a moisture barrier, insulation, plastering, installing a cooling system, installation of large double hung doors, building and installing wine racks and more. Matt was easy to work with. He arrived when he said he would and worked hard. He is very knowledgeable in a lot of areas. His architectural background is an added bonus. We loved Matt and was very happy we chose him for our project.

Matt did a beautiful job transforming our unused space into a half bath! He kept us involved every step of the way, gave honest opinions that were cost effective but still provided quality, and had excellent communication throughout the project. He was efficient and detail oriented. We will definitely be hiring him for future projects!

Matthew was a great hire for my project. I had an interior wall taken down that required new structural beams and electrical relocation with an extra tall ceiling.
