Pure Perfection Landscaping and Services

In early June I called this company ( which had been highly recommended to me) and stated that I needed several shrubs and trees trimmed and some mulch laid. An appointment was made and a company rep came and looked over the job and accepted it. I was told that he would call the next day. After waiting about three days I called the company and left a message, After waiting another three days for a response, I called again. My messages were never acknowledged. I would not be so upset about this except for the fact that I specifically stated that it was a small job and if they did not want to do it I understood. To stand in my yard and say that they would do it and call the next day when they had no intention of doing so is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were very responsive to questions and went above and beyond with regards to quality.
