Gave us an estimate, butchered the paperwork when asked numerous times to make corrections. Had the wrong name and adress and was unpleasant when asked to fix it. (Important it's written correctly when purchasing a home It's renovations through a bank) When he learned there was more paperwork that comes along with the type of home Loan we were using, he decided a day before a dead line to refuse to do the paperwork and provide the services discussed. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I liked them a whole lot. This guy was the greatest. He was very professional and very polite. This guy has gone to school to be certified in his field, which we don't find very much. He was very reasonable. When he told me how much it was going to cost, I almost fell over. It was maybe $130-$150 as opposed to $5000 for a new furnace. I still hate my furnace though; it's not the furnace, it's the ducts I hate. I use the wood stove most of the time. For the last three years, we have heated almost entirely with wood. This man saved me from having to buy a new furnace. The reason I don't buy a new furnace is because we heat with wood. I paid lots of money for the whole wood stove setup, so I just can't just say we are going to use it on Saturdays and Halloween weekends. He really did the work. He came by and we spoke. He was in my basement and I watched him do what he was going to do. He was very knowledgeable.
