Pretty well. I saw the deal and I didn't know what to expect but I was happy with it. There was one spot I have, it's kind of a urine spot from one of our dogs, and so he said he could take that out and so forth and of course it cost an additional $25 and I said well, that's fine, and of course he didn't do it. You can still see the spot there and so forth. Now I would think for $25 you would be able to get that out all together, but anyhow, other than that, I'm fairly pleased with the service. It's one of those things it's nice the chemicals, again we have dogs, so they were environmentally friendly, the chemicals they used, and there's no water used as well which I know is not good, so those were two big pluses as far as I was concerned. And of course the gentleman was very nice, young gentleman, very nice. I just would have hoped that when he treated that one spot for an additional $25 it would have worked and it didn't.

It went great. I was initially expecting that a big truck with big hose carrying hot water + vacuum etc. Instead Matt came in a small car but he had all the necessary tools/equipment to get the work done.

Matt was excellent. He showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The carpets looked great! He also cleaned some removable carpets we have in our boat for us. Overall the experience was great.

Oxi fresh did an excellent job! Our tile and grout were brown and dirty and now it's white again! They were friendly and punctual. We highly Recommend them.

Matt was great. Very pleasant and professional and did an amazing job on our carpets. I thought some of them would have to be replaced, but he was able to make them look almost new again. I would highly recommend giving him a try!

Matt arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, did a walk through of the house and the areas we needed, and got to work. He managed to get all of various stains out of our rugs and overall did an excellent job with our various rugs. He cleaned up afterwards. All in all, a very professional and positive experience.

We got this recommendation from our cleaning woman who uses this service and recommends Oxi Fresh to all her clients. We called and our call was taken immediately. We described the work, made an appointment and Matt showed up on time - actually he was about 15 minutes early but as promised he called ahead of time to give us an estimate of his arrival. He was extremely polite, professional and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do and how the product works. He was even good enough to spot clean a few spots on other rugs (after we had paid him!) we mentioned to him as he was leaving. I would absolutely use Oxi Fresh again. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family and we were very happy with the results. We have used other carper services but they always involved large machinery, lots of water, a lot of cleaning time and drying time. Matt was in and out of our house in 1 1/2 hours after cleaning our staircase and one 12x12 room.
