Larry provided a free estimate of the work based on the problems I described with our computers. He was quickly able to determine that the computers actually required much less work to repair than I had anticipated. He was able to finish the work promptly, though the laptop repair ended up taking slightly longer than originally planned. Overall, I was very satisfied with the results of his work, his customer service and his prices. At first, I felt a little weird bringing computers with personal data to a local shop instead of a national chain, with a national reputation, but I am very pleased with the results (typing on the laptop now!) and would definitely go back again.
