I am discouraged that the owner of this business gave me a price per hour estimate and then excluded the number of hours for my service on the bill. This seems to happen frequently for contractors that I have hired. Instead, the contractor left me with a total bill which sparingly provided details. I hate this practice...it is not right.

Dave and his son arrived when they said they would, assessed and resolved the problem and gave me a warning about another emergent and bigger problem without trying to sell me goods or services related to this next problem. The price of service rendered (as well as the price quoted on the next bigger repair) what fair. I have added JD Plumbing and Heating to my list of preferred tradesmen.

Professional as well as customer oriented, offered suggestions to make the job he had to do work better for the need at hand,..We would definitely use J.D. Plumbing again if needed, we are 100% positive of this decision.

Quick replacement of water service valve

Fast response quality service knows his stuff gets job done at reasonable cost

I was in a bind. The pipes had froze at a house that my mother in law owns in Warrensburg NY. I live in Virginia. I was calling every plumber listed. No one could help. Until I call J.D. plumbing.. I called them at 6:30am and they were at the house at 9:00am. They fixed all the issues. These folks are the best I have every had the pleasure to work with. The took a really bad situation and took care of it. Folks remember I in Virginia they working in New York. This was done over the phone. How many plumbers would go that far to help you out. Not many.

Dave was able to help us replace a broken outdoor faucet and pipe and he suggested a very good improvement to the faucet placement. He was very personable, courteous and helpful as well as an excellent plumber. We are so happy to add him to our list of competent people to call!!
