Description of Work: I called the contractor on a recommendation from product supplier who I was supplying materials for the remodeling of a shower bathroom. I left a message on his message recorder. He did not return my call. Several days later I was in touch with the supplier and advised that the contractor she recommended did not return my call. She advised that she was in contact with the contractor on other business. He confirmed that he received the message from me. She asked him to please call me. He never called. I moved on to another contractor who called me immediately. I hired the second contractor for the work.

Description of Work: Ideas and layout for kitchen were great. Haven't had work performed yet as I was on vac for 6 wks. plan to contact them soon and set up another mtg.

Description of Work: They made the initial contact-slowly-not within the time promised. Appointment was also not within time promised. Both of which would be "ok"-perhaps the extra volume caused by the "deal"...but... When he came, we discussed that I had seen cabinets that were white bead board and liked them. He informed me they were the most expensive (painted vs wood) so I said, well, I guess then I would like to consider a light colored wood. We discussed that I was taking out the window over the sink and wanted pendant lighting there, and a built in vs the portable dishwasher I had. I waited weeks and got no response, emailed Angie's, they contacted him and I got his "dynamic plan" - NOT! He merely provided a plan that looked like what I had with a dishwasher added on the end. White bead board, no lighting and of course cupboards where the windows were. The worst was a huge blank wall that he placed a large lonely tall cabinet. There is a white hutch with storage there already, so he just replaced that with a cupboard. There was nothing creative, nothing - in fact less than - what the local Lowe's and Home depot do for free. This is a waste of money and there is no way I would use him for the install after this lack of commitment to his time promises and taking a kitchen stripped to the studs and providing such a boring plan. I would be happy to forward the plans to you at Angie's so you can see how worthless they were. So disappointed. He did say in his last email to me that he would be happy to discuss the plans-but I would not want to waste his time or mine on such a worthless design. I noticed in his reviews that he often gets remarks about his failure to keep his appointments and communication issues-all of which he responds to with excuses making it the members problem. Think twice about using this provider! |

Description of Work: Rob and Bill from Dynamic Kitchens did a complete designing & remodeling of our master bathroom. In the design phase they listened to our expected outcomes for the project, and demonstrated good vision in preparing the final plans. They were able to handle the project form start to finish including: the tear out, moving walls,plumbing, wiring, flooring, sheetrock,, lighting, shower installation, and tile installation.They kept us informed during each step of the project, and were very helpful in suggesting resources for the fixtures,furniture, and tile. Their work was excellent in all phases, but we were particularly impressed with their tile work The stone tile for the walls and floor were installed perfectly in a well designed pattern. The granite, which they picked out, for the vanity added to the beauty of the room. When the project was finished it was exactly what we wanted. We were very happy. Rob and his staff were professional at all times and were easy to work with. We would highly recommend them. .Labor, and construction material costs for this project were $14,000. The balance, was in bathroom fixtures and lighting fixtures, vanity,granite,and tile. Mike and Irene .
