Dirt Devils

The beginning went well, they showed up on time, did a thorough cleaning, very professional and then left. A few weeks later, they stopped showing up on time, made numerous excuses why they were late, or why they didn't show up. We have now had two no shows, no phone call indicating they wouldn't be here. Their cleaning went way down hill, the male owner consistently complained about his other customers to us, missed half of the offices when vacuuming and mopping. We have called and they have not returned our phone call, nor have they shown up. We tried to give a local small business the opportunity to work with us, they failed dismally. The lack of professionalism and integrity really resonates and left a sour taste in our mouth's.

First clean was very thorough. The Dirt Devils cleaned things that my previous cleaning lady never touched. For example, they treated some mold that was starting in the bathroom and cleaned the face of my kitchen cabinets. Can't wait for them to return on a monthly basis. Best cleaning service I have had in years.

Excellent. There were three of them and they went through the house in about 3 hours. Washed all floors including hardwoods carefully and using proper Substances. We were extremely pleased.

They got my shower clean, which I thought would be impossible!
