Ben transformed my front lawn beautifully. He completed the work on schedule and provided me with the procedures to get my lawn established and how to maintain my lawn in the future. It looks fantastic and I am more that pleased.

Ben was prompt (always returned calls the same day), courteous & professional & did an awesome job. He pressure washed the house (vinyl siding & shutters look like new), weeded and mulched 2 very large flower beds along the driveway, that were out of control, trimmed shrubs & mowed the lawn. He did a fantastic job at a reasonable price.

Mr. Austin was incredibly quick to respond to my initial inquiry which was fantastic! He replied the same day, came over the next to give me a quote and then did the work the next day. All contact with him via email was answered in a timely manner and Ben was always professional and very courteous. My yard was a complete mess (I just bought the home and the previous owner did not take care of the yard.) Ben cleared tons of pine needs, cones, maple leaves, branches, sticks and more. He also raked, mowed, edge trimmed and took apart a fire pit with a lot of debris in it. He discarded all the materials into his truck to take off the property. My property now looks great and is manageable. My neighbor across the street informed me that he has never seen the property looks so good in 20+ years. I would definitely recommend Ben Austin to everyone.

Mr. Austin was quick (almost immediate) to respond to my initial inquiry for an estimate, and all subsequent contacts were timely, professional, and courteous. While all of this is important, it is the quality of the work that matters most. In that regard Mr. Austin and his crew shine as well. Both Mr. Austin and Brian did an excellent job, cleared away all the debris with no lallygagging at all.
