Excellent Job! Mr. Singh and his team arrived promptly and kept us abreast each day of the progress. Cracks were repaired and two coats of thoroseal was done. The place was clean and tidy after each work day.

Excellent work. Efficient and professional 6/21/17 Update after the rain / Tropical storm I have hired a company to repair, restore and repoint facade in my Queens home last year. I made a $10,000 dollar mistake by NOT hiring Milestone restoration Inc. The Last Company worked on my house not only did not repair my house but did more damage. This year, I went to Mik who is the project manager / owner?? of Milestone restoration Inc and told me he would take care all my problem. I did extensive research on his company and found not flaws. (license, insurance, reviews) His estimate is not the cheapest on the market. We hired him to replace the roof and repoint facade in front of the house. The contract was signed and due to weather delay, he had to push the starting date back a week. It worked out to our advantage given there was no rain while repairing roof and facade. His crew shows up and started to work without delay. Mr. Mik is on site everyday and give direction to the crew. On the contract, he performed all the tasks on time and with professionalism. His crew knock out my security light. Mr. Mik did not hesitate to replace the light and throw in 20 bucks for the inconvenience. He told the crew to own up to their mistake and promptly took responsibility. No excuses like other contractors. His crew worked on the hottest days of this year (97 degrees x 3 days). The work was complete on time he even washed the brisk because it was messy from last year's screw up job from other contractor. I wish I hired him first time around. The leak stopped, I have 10 year warranty from the company. I hope I will never have to use it though. we plan to use him again to fix the facade in the back of the house next year (ran out of money for this year). I would rate them as such: Neatness: 4.5/5 Quality of work core: 5/5 Quality of work cosmetic: 4/5 Efficient / Timing - 5/5 Communication - 4.5/5 - via text and email Price: 3.5 / 5 - but you pay for peace of mind, knowing the job will be done right. I will use them again.

Two men arrived promptly on the appointed day and repointed the chimney approximately 4-5 feet from the top down. They did a beautiful job.

Mik said it would take three days and the work was completed on time which is not often done. He knew actually what needed to be done when he came to look at what needed to be done and give me pricing. The contract was received the same day. His men cleaned up everything when they were done and were polite. Will hire again for the next job.

Excellent from the first. Mik was responsive to our query and came for a prompt review of our situation. His initial estimate was about 1/3 below that of others for the same work. He came in at projected cost. He cooperated from the first with diagnostic water tests and other procedures to establish the cause of our internal leak. We worked cooperatively to agree on a contract through several changes of scope. The work was done within two weeks of contract agreement and took about 4 days. Mik and his crew were diligent about keeping the outside (working area) and inside (for access) of the building neat and clean. We would use or recommend him to others who need similar work.

Milestone Restoration is an excellent company. We are very grateful for the professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm that the crew exhibited while working on our building. The manager was honesty and provided oversight throughout the two days that they were on site. The price for the entire job was very reasonable. They provided a five year guarantee on their workmanship. I am in the Real estate business and deal with many companies. Very rarely do you find a company that demonstrates a high level of customer service. I can say without reservation, I would highly recommend Milestone to any one of my clients.

Mik Singh was very responsive to my initial call, performed all the work in a very timely and professional manner, gave me a competitive price, and was a pleasure to deal with. Neighbors were so impressed with his work that they contracted work for their home. I would highly recommend using Milestone for any roofing and/or masonry needs you may have.

These guys were top-of-the-line, friendly, attentive, and professional! They scheduled for a very date just a few days after I contacted them, showed-up on time, and stayed as LONG as they felt it was needed to do it right. They found a few minor issues - e.g. big hole in the pointing under a window - and corrected them at no additional cost! I will consider NO ONE else when re-pointing the entire house. I included a few photos. My chimney is shared with the semi-attached house. I'm on the RIGHT side. Bricks were missing from the top of the chimney on my neighbor's side. I checked w/my neighbor first, and again...for no extra charge, they replaced bricks on HIS side, reaching it from my side. Once finished, their work looked even nicer than my neighbor's new pointing job! I'm looking forward to re-pointing the entire house via Milestone!

We had 7 people come out to give us quotes prior to hiring Milestone to do the job. Each company told us a different solution to the problem (water leaking into our garage from the terrace on the roof above) and the quotes were at wildly different price points. As first time home owners we were so stressed out!! Milestone came in with a reasonable price and a solution that intuitively made more sense than the rest. They offered us the option of trying a lesser expensive repair and then following up months later with a second step if the water was still coming in. The first step was the one that worked and we have not needed to spend any additional money. The work was done over a year ago and there hasn't been a drop of water in the garage since! Mik was responsive and pleasant to work with. I would absolutely hire Milestone again to do another brick or masonry job if the need arises.

They were punctual, the price was right on the money, they weren't trying to get more money out of me, and they gave me a two year warranty whereas the other provider gave me one.

Mike very quick to respond to our concerns regarding the repairs. He was able to provide us pictures of the before and after repairs and provided a written warranty for the work done. Mike and his team were very prompt, efficient and clean while performing their work. I would definitely use Mike again for any external home repairs and would recommend him to my family and friends.

Very well. The owner came and inspected the site, including climbing up on the roof and looking at the parapet. He suggested pointing the coping stones on the parapet so I had him do that also. Very easy to work with.

It went very well. They did an excellent job, were prompt, professional and courteous, and cleaned up completely.

Mik Singh, Milestone's principal was a pleasure to work with. He responded promptly, evaluated the site, responded to all questions and appropriately supervised the work crew. All work was done well, on schedule and at a reasonable rate. I will definitely use Milestone in the future. I recently referred a friend to Milestone who was very pleased with their work.

They are professionals and they did excellent work on our co-op building. They did a very thorough job. I highly recommend them. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would be finished and cleaned up after themselves.

Working with Mik and his team was a pleasure. They are just amazing people. We had time constraints but Mik managed to finish everything in time and within budget. He listens, and was patient enough to accommodate my additional request (fix drain, which was not in scope). The final result was very impressive. This may be the best contractor we've ever worked with. Prompt, responsible, courteous, reasonably priced, quality work. Milestone repointed the entire exterior of our house in addition to touching up our stoop. They showed up on time and did everything they said they would. What's more, Mik had his team come back multiple times to go through my punch list, to make sure I was entirely satisfied. He even came back to do touch up work a couple of months after the job was done and paid for. I would work with them again and again

We had a great experience of working with Mik and his team. We had the whole roof torn down, rebuilt with new skylights, installed new terra-cotta coping stones and repointed one big side wall. It was a big project, Mik managed to finish everything in time and within budget. He listened to you, and was willing to help us in anyway he could. The final result was pleasant. I will definitely work with him for future renovation jobs.

It went very smoothly and professionally. The owner was present multiple times throughout the day to supervise and communicate progress to me. In general, all communications about the schedule and the project were very efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to either work with this company again or recommend them.

Mik showed up promptly every morning and got his men started. They hung a rigging from the roof to work on the facade and cornice. The price did go up due to the amount of rotten wood that needed replacing but it was still reasonable. His men worked responsibly and carefully and were able to finish in three days, working late the last day. When our neighbors was upset with some damage to his stoop, Mik repaired it to their satisfaction.

Everything went great.........they arrived on time.........the roofing mechanics were skilled at their profession.......the left the house clean and neat when they left. Mik was great and easy to reach at all times. Mik is really personable and a pleasure to work with. His mechanics were very personable as well and gave us confidence that the work we hired them to do, was going to be done very correctly. We were very happy with the entire project and will certainly use them for any future work. We think we received excellent value for the contracted work. I say the above as the homeowner and also as a NYS Professional Engineer.

I had made an appointment for this Saturday at 11 am. Saturday morning I was out and got a call from him and he asked if it would be ok, if he came at 12 p.m, so I said sure that's no problem. He calls me about 20 min after 12, which he was late by then. When he finally got there to look at my roof and give me an free estimate. I wanted him to look at the report of what I needed to have done. He was very impatient with me and was rushing me the whole entire time. He wrote up a contract and said he would agree to do the work,but he wanted a $100 dollars as a down payment and that he would start the work sometime this coming week. After thinking about it , I called him back and said that I did not want him to do the job,becasue if he was rushing me into something, I feel he might rush into fixing my roof and not take care of it properly. The gentlemen said he would send me back my $100 by the end of the week.

Mik and his crew were comfortable working with slate, and offered a competitive price to maintain our slate roof, which was missing several sections of slates and needed some underlying repair. He also noticed that the foundation was in need of repair, and offered a reasonable price to re-point that as well. They worked nonstop to accomplish all this in two long days, and left the work site clean.
