We are very satified with our experience. My husband's mom lives in the Bronx in an attached house. Recently she started getting water in the house during heavy rain and wind. My husband and I live in eastern Long Island so we went to Angie's List to provide us with a company that would do work in the Bronx and had great reviews. We placed a called to Milestone Restoration and soon got a return call. My husband set up an appointment and in a few days with had met with Paul and signed a contract. In less than two weeks the work was started. Over two days the cement was removed from the areas between bricks and repointing was done with waterproof cement. The work was done very neatly and the end result looked great. Two weeks later the sealant was applied and the caulking done. We are very pleased with the work that was done and would very much recommend this company. With a hurricane approaching, we feel confident that the house will stay dry.

Highly recommended Mik's work. Mik was prompt with his quote, respected my tight budget and did not try to oversell. I decided to hire him based on the reasonable price point and his no-nonsense way of explaining the process in which he would accomplish the work. His crew was professional, showed up on time and completed the work in 2 days as promised. Mik was hands on with his crew, attended to every detail and did not try to cut corner. He suggested problem areas on my roof that needed to be fix right away and other areas that could wait. It stormed today and so far no leaks. Very happy with his work and will definitely use him for future projects.

The work entailed cutting, water power washing and re-pointing the house. These are follow by applying a sealer to the whole house. For the stucco, Mik did really good with installing a mesh and holding them by galvanized nails. These were follow by 2 coats of waterproof cement and then painted 2x w/ a color paint sealer as well. I worked w/ Mik from start to finish. They came to work on time. They were efficient, quick and made quick work of project. Mik was there whenever I needed him. Also, the crew were very considerate and hardworking and they clean up after the work was done for the day; especially when the cutting was in progress. They washed the wall before they left the place to minimize the dust. When the cutting was done, the walls were powerwashed and they scoop out the old cement into bags and took those away. The work was done in 2 steps since the back of my house I install stucco so they finish the side brick wall, then work on the back stucco wall so that they can paint it w/ a special color paint. Finally, they moved to the front of the house, finish the re-pointing and seal it w/ waterproof coat. Overall, the project went over the time frame due to the weather unpredictability. There were some glitches but was met head on and fixed right away. Any issues that arose, Mik made sure that everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend him and his crew due prompt attention to problems, professionalism and detail work.

Paul and his crew were very professional, punctual and courteous. They arrived on time and went beyond my expectations to make me a satisfied customer. They left the place the same way they found it - neat and clean.

The guys were polite, professional, dependable and finished within a reasonable time. There was some delay due to rain but that was not their fault is was the fault of mother nature.

They did a good job and I was happy. They came when they were supposed to come. The head man was easy to deal with. The price was decent; it was excellent. I certainly would use them again.

we contacted Paul for a price on repairing our chimney & roof: some shingles were missing and the chimney was cracked and bricks were broken in places. After going up on the roof to inspect it, he gave us an estimate of $750, and even offered us the option to pay it in installments. We had limited availability as far as scheduling the work (Tuesdays were the only good day for us), and even though he already had another job scheduled, Paul worked with us and came early Tuesday morning. The work was done promptly (just over 2 hours), he went over everything that he did when he was done, even took pictures & e-mailed them to my wife so she could see (because she definitely was NOT climbing up a ladder!). He and his assistant were very courteous, professional and proficient:all in all I had a very good experience & will definitely use him again in the future.

Paul gave us what we considered to be a reasonable estimate . As soon as we agreed to hire them they gave us a date and showed up as promised. They performed the work agreed to and more, to the best of their ability. They replaced cracked or missing tiles on our roof and repaired a leak. They did masonry work on our chimney. They replaced a cracked board. They checked our entire roof. Took pictures to show us where repair was needed to be done and then did it. When they finished they cleaned up and left our property as they found it. Friendly and polite. We are quite happy with their work and we would hire them again as needed.

Paul was quick to come and give an estimate that was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. He repointed a section of the brick on our house that had been leaking. He was reliable, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He took before and after pictures to show the work he had completed.

Paul went to look at the roof on the unoccupied house the same day I contacted him. He called me afterward with his $1,400 estimate and asked me to send him a 50% deposit. I asked him about the first time customer and senior citizen discounts he advertises and he declared that those discounts were already deducted from his estimate although we hadn't talked about them. Paul was the most forthright of the contractors I had look at the job. I mailed the $700 deposit to the address he emailed to me. Three days before the work was scheduled, Paul called about my deposit check and we discovered that he made an error in the address he told me to send it to. We agreed that I would stop the check and I'd deduct the stop payment fee from the total payment that I'd give him when the job was done. There was some rain the week before the work was to be done and Paul called to delay the job by a day to allow the roof to dry thoroughly. Paul and his helper came on time and finished the work in the three hours he estimated. I asked him if he would put a soffit cover back up for me and he did that without a problem and no additional charge. The only surprise, while the work was under way, was Paul's announcement that the chimney flashing was in poor shape and he hadn't included that repair in his work estimate. He wanted another $500 to do that work and repoint the chimney morter which I balked at so he did some minimal patching to seal the flashing to prevent any leaks around the chimney. I paid him with a personal check and he gave me a receipt with his one year warranty statement on it. I believe the work Paul and his helper did is good and sound but I'll find out for sure when we get some heavy rain and snow.

got estimate from paul owner of the company told he would be at my home on monday was there on time did the job in a fast professinal manner was very satisfied with the job . He said he will send me pictures of the job thru email before he left he showed me pictures thru his phone . everthing he said would be done was done very happy with job and company.

My experience was very good. They were on time and provided good customer service. They also provided a very good quality of work.
